Let's start with the first man I saw. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable about the Camrys and Corollas I wanted to look at. He walked me through specs and showed a true enthusiasm.

I am loving the new 2021 Tacoma but when I spend 3 years of saving on a vehicle and choose your establishment to spend it at I expect reasonable customer service and flexibility, But when I left I was under the impression that the floor mats I specifically asked for would be delivered since they did not have at the time which I am fine with. When I called to touch base about when they would arrive I was told he would order them for me at parts. I thought they have already ordered them but fine I will wait as long as they come in, I end up going back to the dealership and finding out that the mats they promised me were the same mats that already come with the truck so I had no option but to collect the brand new mats still in the bag while I try and figure out what happened with my initial idea of what I was getting. After asking they stated they could not help at all when I even offered to return these for the mats I wanted which I paid $320 for! and after going to parts asking how they would be to buy myself they were actually $100 cheaper than the carpet ones I still have in the bag so all I was trying to do was return these mats for the ones I was promised, I didn't even care for the 100$ difference as long as they could provide the all weather Tacoma mats I asked for specifically
Update! they finally sent me the correct mats after a long Hagel and then sending me the wrong set but im really happy with the parts department and them being able to assist!

I visited Toyota of Orlando today for service on my 2020 vehicle. And spoke to the VIP managers Isabel about and upgrade she was very knowledgeable and answered my questions while checking my info darling took me to the lot to see the new vehicle and she showed me every vehicle I wanted to see and we final found the right one. And she grabbed the info and gave it to Isabel and made the deal happen with little resistance which I appreciated. Then Isabel got me over to Jason which is the finical specialist which help me out with all the paper work and explained everything and got me ready for my new vehicle.

Your people LIED to me and my fiance, had me calling over and over trying to buy a car they said was available AND STILL IS but told my fiance that they told me hours beforehand it was not. No one told me it was not. I was waiting on return calls that never came, texts that never came and emails that never came. I actually just got an email that said the car I am interested in is still available and when would I like to test drive it!? I have no idea why I spent 5 hours trying to buy a car from your dealership when NO ONE wants to sell one! I even already have an approved loan! How DIFFICULT is it to DO THEIR JOB?! I will be taking this further. Also, I have already bought the same exact car, with better options, for a thousand dollars cheaper from another dealership and it literally took an hour start to finish. Your loss, my gain! I should actually thank you. I won't, but I should.

I had a great experience here at Toyota of Orlando. They had my best interest at heart. Steven, Francisco, and Pam were all great! I walked in thinking I d be getting a used vehicle and walked away with a new vehicle. As a recent college graduate, they helped walk me through the entire process.
Vernon had tremendously help me with getting my car. Had help me throughout the whole process and even help me get the best of deal i could have get. Cesar had help me and was very understanding and had explained in details all the finacial part.
To those who plan on purchasing or leasing a car, please think about it 100 times before shopping at this dealership. This place of full of liars who don t honor prices.. worst part is that they get away with it because they are NOT a corporate dealer. Worst experience ever.

I went for a battery change, and the technician broke a clip attached the the radiator assembly and the entire radiator had to be replaced. Thank goodness I only drove a block down the road when I realized my automatic windows needed to be reset and I drove back. Once I got back coolant started pouring out from under my car. I had to go to work so I had to get a rental. After the repairs were done, I picked up my car the next morning. The next day my car started to overheat. Car had to be towed to the dealer and be repaired AGAIN. it was a HUGE inconvenience as my afternoon and evening plans had to be cancelled since I had to wait for the tow truck then be towed to the dealer and wait for paper work pick up another rental. The service advisors and managers were very kind, and accommodating- however my confidence in the technicians in the service department is now non existent. I chose to go back to Toyota of Orlando since I purchased my vehicle there last year and I had no other service issues when I had repairs done last year but now I m pretty sure I won t return unless I don t have any other options.

Im so mad at this company im having my son help write this review my name is natalie phelps i had a lease with this toyota dealer i had to pay 3 month to get out of my lease i was told by several employees the amount that was needed now almost 4 months later they want to hit me up with an extra $89 its a small amount but these people have been nothing but rude with their aggressive calling tactics and rude employees never answering my questions so disappointed with them and i was never happy with my lease payments were way to high for the excellent credit i have so glad to be with a different company i will never do business with any Toyota or affiliated dealers nor recommend any family or friends i feel lied to i mean come on 4 months later to catch an error if there is one i guess that shows the attention of detail they have as a company i would have given a 0 star if if possible

They won't sell you a vehicle if you are using cash or outside lending. The finance department can't rip you off with extras that way, so they won't even honor the no haggle price when you have a blank check. Certified pre owned vehicle I looked at had a cracked tail light with a hole in it. Other side had a bulb burnt out. So much for the 160 point checklist to be "Certified" by the standards of Toyota of Orlando. Buyer Beware
