I came to Toyota in search for my first vehicle and the experience went extremely smoothly thanks to these three men. They got me into a very affordable vehicle, lowered my car payments plus they assisted with everything from recommendations to offering beverages and snacks during wait times would continue to give Toyota my business in the near future !

Service personal are polite and professional. If it wasn t for having CarShield I would of had a repair for my A/C compressor/blower with and added fuel injection flush that would cost me $3000 out of pocket. CarSheild sent out an inspector and all I needed was an A/C compressor. The bill was under $1600. Prior to calling CarShield with the claim, I told the Toyota service advisor I couldn t afford $3000 and all I wanted was to have cold A/C. To which the service advisor offer to ONLY fix the blower for a cost of just over $ 800. I declined for 2 reasons 1. I needed to wait for my CarSheild coverage to become active and 2. Everything I read about for AC issues made me feel it was the compressor or a leak and not a blower problem. The Car Shield inspection proved I was correct. Had I been a woman who wasn t interested in doing their own research or having CarShield on my side I would of paid $3000.

I took my Toyota Camry to Toyota of Orlando for Maintainance the service were outstanding and Excellent. my sales person she s the best. Her name is Tabitha she was courteous and professional. I m very please with the service I received. I left with a shiny almost new car I got my car washed and my remote battery replaced as a courtesy for doing my maintenance. Giving 3 starts on this visit because I set my appointment with a specific advisor and upon arrival I was set with another advisor, who also provided an excellent service and was very courteous. But is not who i wanted, felt like when you order vanilla ice cream they business decide to give you something else, equally good but not what you wanted.....

I purchased a 2020 Rav4 on March 13th 2021 and on March 27th. Two weeks exactly after purchase the car would not start. I had to miss a day of work.

One of the best car dealers in the ORLANDO area. Customer service was personal and very friendly. We were taken care by a team of Venezuelan sellers that were very friendly, SUE, DANIELA, EVELIN & PEDRO MARQUEZ, THANK you all for your personal attention to our needs.. We are going to love our brand new acquisition, TOYOTA 4 RUNNER 2021. We love this dealership.

Overall, I had a positive experience at Toyota of Orlando. My only problem was during the arrangement for the initial recall appointment, I was told that I would be able to get a loaner car. I was on time, but said car was not available - I rescheduled for the following week.

I came to Toyota after purchasing a used car and received the best advice and customer experience I ever have at a car dealership. Danny Dietrick is an incredible service consultant. I recommend requesting him. He is very transparent, informative, and caring. I previously had a bad experience at Toyota, however Danny is amazing and I will continue to come to this Toyota because of him.

What an awesome experience it was today during my purchase was greeted my Oliver, who was very experience and knowledgeable about products, I was then put on to Andre who was able to get me into the highlander... his patients and understanding of my situation was exceptional and finally with Ciara at finance made the experience even greater by signing the deal.
