Yesterday 3/17/2021 I arrived at Toyota service dept at 4:45p. My appointment was for 5:00. I went in for a oil change, I sat there and waited for my vehicle. Around 6:00pm I was told that my oil change is being worked on and that I will need new back brakes. Around 7:00pm, while I was still waiting on my vehicle, that they will need to keep my car until the next day because of a recall. I then said I will just bring my vehicle back tomorrow for the recall. I was then told I will have to wait to get my brakes done the following day. This was VERY bad poor communication and unorganized! Had I been told from earlier my vehicle had a recall I would not have sat there and waited for almost 3 hours for them to tell me that. I then agreed to the rental they will give me. A Toyota Corolla was all they have. I drive a Toyota Avalon, I need a spacious vehicle and the car they gave me was very uncomfortable! and that rental was not ready until almost 8:00! I have been a loyal customer with Toyota for some years now. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had!

While the service department is exceptional, and the men go out of their way to help me out. Which I appreciated to no end. I did not appreciate the pushy sales people that tried to make me sell the car I just bought, all because it is a couple of years old.

I had a great experience when I came today ,I got with Mr Vern Toland . He was patient with my husband and I and make us to have a great deal.i thonk he should have a great raise .he deserve it.
And Cesar Velez they both did a great job.

Kevin was great with the process of deciding on my car and never pressured me to make a decision and was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Well my experience At Toyota today wasn't very amazing this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and the team at Toyota made it so comfortable I was first greeted by Chito who was a delight to work with I was then introduced to Rafael who made sure I was sold on the offer that I wanted and lastly I was able to wrap things up with Pam who was able to answer any questions I had at the sign-in definitely check them out if you are buying on your own for the first time such as myself

Chris did all he could to help me getting it approved and im very greatfull with him. Chris is a great person. Jason explain to me every single detail in the paper work as we was signing them.

Buying a new car is a big experience and though I have had better interactions with other sales departments, we got thru it in one piece. At the end of the day I had an amazing experience with the person who showed me the car Sheher, great test drive and explanation. The finance department really stole the show though, Jean Lacock is fantastic!! Great conversation in detail of my contract and all the paperwork.

Terrible service last night at this dealership. Not because we did not come to an agreement on the purchase, but because the sales staff was rude and unprofessional very condescending on their treatment to me and my husband. I could not even believe the language they where using with us, besides the constant lack of use of face mask around the dealership.

Wow! I've never had such an amazing experience buying a vehicle! What a team! These professionals know what they are doing! Antonio and Irina assisted me and answered all of my questions, but most importantly, they took the time to explain to me every single detail I was curious about. Pedro Marquez is a legend! He helped me go over the numbers and truly understand how everything would impact my financials, and gave me a better deal than the bank I was planning to use! Timely service and pleasant employees. Roxanne from the finance department was particularly helpful in making my experience as efficient as possible. She was quick and very friendly. Fred as well was very helpful in getting me a great deal on my new 4 runner.

I had to wait for 4 hours for an oil change when I made a schedule appointment. Also didn't even give me an update when I was texting him asking for updates no reply.

Ciara was very kind! The process was quick and easy :) would 1000000% recommend!

Amazing people and deals! I'm leaving today in a new 2020 Rav4. After much looking and shopping around and some frankly rude and pushy sales people at other dealers I'm glad I came all the way to Toyota of Orlando from the Daytona area. I actually came once before and left to sleep on it. I didn't get repeated calls and "follow up" to the point of harassment like I had from other places. Sheher showed me all the ins-and-out of the Rav4 and let me play with all of them until I was completly comfortable, he knew his stuff and then some! Ricardo was so helpful with explaining everything about financing options and what not, all things I had previously no experience with. Finally, Jason walked me through the contract and final signing and didn't treat us like cattle that he needed to finish with in order to move on to the next buyer. Everyone is super personable and outgoing! I would 10 out of 10 recommend them to anyone!

I initially completed a review on google prior to leaving the dealer with my vehicle and rated my experience great but I regret and wish I waited until I drove off with my car. I worked with Vernon, Jason and Sheher. Mr Sheher was great, although my vehicle was not cleaned and given with gas, he was very knowledgeable. Vernon who we were dealing with apologize for not having my car cleaned and ready and told me to come back anytime. He promised that he would get it detailed clean and fill my car tank and I believed him. The following day I emailed Vernon to schedule a date for me to come back and get the service that he had promised. Mr. Vernon wrote back that he was on vacation starting Wednesday. I emailed him back and asked him when is the best time for me to come in and he still hasn t replied to my email. On Wednesday of the same week I purchased my car I got a call him Cynthia, the service manager. I explain to Cynthia my concern and she told me that she has seen Vernon at work. So Vernon lies to me and that s unacceptable. Im disappointed and you think after purchasing three cars this year alone from Toyota of Orlando I would receive better customer service but that wasn t the case.

My Tacoma hit its first 5000 miles on Friday. I called Toyota of Orlando to schedule my very first Toyota Care appointment. The staff got me in the next morning which was the best time for me. I met with the most kind and pleasant staff that made me think that I had selected the best place for the schedule maintenance. I was provided with prompt service and we discussed some minor discoloration on both side view mirrors. The Service Coordinator informed me that he would see what he could do. The Toyota Care service was completed within a hour much faster than the other Toyota Dealership I had used for the scheduled service for my wife's vehicle. I was very surprised and pleased when I was closing the service contract with the Service Coordinator who informed me that the parts for the side view mirrors were ordered and they will arrive on Tuesday. I was asked to contact the him on Tuesday to schedule the warranty work at my convenience. The Service Coordinator acted immediately upon the warranty work without any hesitation or using excuses to try to avoid making the necessary repairs to my Tacoma. This was the best service that I have ever received and highly recommend Toyota of Orlando to anyone needing vehicle repair work. This dealership is an excellent place for either buying or servicing your vehicle.A five (5) star organization. MJB 10/10/20

Brought my car in for the paint and airbag recall repairs and my experience here was amazing. Jason and staff took very good care of us from the initial consultation/inspection, to dropping off of my car and picking it up a week later everyone was great and efficient. Bob at Hertz was just as pleasant and helpful and made sure I was comfortable with my rental. Thanks everyone for making this experience seamless and stress free. Great Job!

Great service staff! They even have a small cafe inside, so you won t be stuck with the stale coffee and pastries so common in other dealerships.
Very knowledgeable and professional. The only thing I wish was improved is the speed of service and communication with the customer. My appointment was set for 12:15 for an oil change. It took until 2:00pm to get done. Other than that, it was a great experience!

the worst place for your car !! Today I had my appointment at 9 am, for an oil change. I waited 3 hours and called to ask if my car is ready and they tell me that they still have 20 more cars in front of me, I had to go pick up my car and go to another place, every time I come it's the same, I'll never go back to this lousy place!!

It was amazing! Isabel helped me decide on what car color I wanted to purchase!! Antonio was amazing on trying his best to get the deal and Stephanie was phenomenal getting all the paperwork in place! I love this place! Will forever return!
