I worked with Patrick, Cesar, And Vern. They were very friendly to work with and really found what I was looking for. Very happy I picked Toyota.

I went to get my new car here and I honestly don t regret it, I can t find the words to describe the wonderful experience I had. Ricardo was super patient, helpful, answered ALL my questions and made my life much easier from beginning to end. Jean was also super nice and attentive and he explained everything to me, which made the process less tedious. They have great cars and super nice people so I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

Abe, Roc, and Carlos made buying my new 2021 Highlander Limit an enjoyable experience. All 3 gentlemen were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The only negative comment I can put, not attributable to these 3 gentlemen, is the windows were not cleaned and we will have to redo them at home.

Johnathan, Chris and Jason were absolutely amazing!! They made sure that they were thorough and that I understood each step along the way. I would definitely recommend coming to see them for any of your vehicular needs.

Chi to was so sweet and very helpful when it came to picking out the car I want. chito told me he will work on the payments I feel comfortable with and he did. I AM NOT COMING BACK. t was, with no doubts, the worts experience I a car dealer since I live in Orlando. I being taken my wife and my car (2014 Yaris and 2015 Corolla) to this dealer for over 4 years and the last one was the third time that something happens at the service department and we had one at the new sales car department as well. Took my car for a oil change (about 70$) job and at the end of the day had to pay over $1,400.00 because my oil pan was damage in some way that ai have to get a new one. Like a lot of people reading this, There is no way to prove it. We wanted to get new cars but I am taken my business to somewhere else.

Fred, Stephen, and Allison were great. Stephen showed us car options and answered all of our questions. Fred and Allison were very pleasant to work with. Happy with the service. We spent a long time at the dealer ship and unfortunately there are no refreshments unless you buy from their cafe. Overall, great service and pleasant experience.

Rafael- He was super helpful in getting a great deal, exactly what I was looking to paid.

I was there November 22 for maintenance and ask the service advisor Arron to check some things that I noticed in my vehicle. The first one the steering wheel he said we had to take a photo to send it to the warranty department to see if they approved it, the other two he said go to the part department and ask for them I was like ok that s your job no mine and I went yo the part area to ask for it The guy in the part area take me to the manager, they were doing the job of Arron. The manager do the inspection. Then I wait almost a month for the answer. I move from Texas to Florida and the service there was amazing and when I visit this dealer the first time with Rick I was in love with the service, but now with Arron and the last service advisor who was tell to take my case Tawfiq because Arron was off the day I went to do the replacement he don t want to take my case because It s was Arron but he wasn t there so someone have to take me, I see when the guy who receive me was fighting with him telling him to take me. When I went to pick up my car they ordered the wrong part, now I have to wait for the new part and take my car again to the dealer. This situation changes my mind to do an exchange for a new Toyota, for me the service is a A plus to buy a new car and definitely a Toyota is not going to be.

The reps at this Toyota were great! Jamal was super informative, funny and helpful when it came to learning about the car. Once it came down to the numbers, Ricardo was awesome and explained everything in great detail! I felt like I could trust him and he gave us all the details and options we had! Carlos was informative/ clear when it came to the paperwork. I knew exactly what I was signing. As soon as we stepped foot on the lot it was welcoming and friendly. Not full of pressure or dull sale tactics. I definitely recommend Toyota! We re coming from Chrysler and the experience is night and day.

I bought a car at Toyota of Orlando, few months ago, and they said that would give me the best valuation on that car when I decide to trade it for another Toyota there. So, I went there last week and the salesman gave me the worst valuation between Toyota, Honda and Hyundai. Both, Honda and Hyundai, gave me a better valuation than Toyota. And I bought my Toyota at Toyota of Orlando a few months ago, like I said. So, Toyota of Orlando doesn t have the best valuation for an used Toyota. I ll never buy a car there again!

I managed to find a nice used car for a good price after a bit of work. Chito was a brilliant man with great customer service. However, my sales rep, Raul not so much. Definitely do not recommend him at all. He was angry and aggressive when trying to negotiate the terms on the car. God forbid a twenty year old women knew what she was kind of talking about. And yes its true they ask you to fill out a google review on the way out like if it were procedure. Please do your research before you buy a car, don't get screwed over and always negotiate.

They did not have a lot of cars to choose from. Other than that the dealership was amazing! Jose was an amazing dealer who really helped me find the car I wanted, and helped me get comfortable and not feel like he is a robot trying to get money. Angel was outstanding trying to help find a deal that was doable and helped put me into the car I fell in love with. Carlos helped me sign things quickly and tbh has a cool table! Highly recommend this place if they have your car!

Had a great experience today. First of all Abe was super attentive. He greeted us at the entrace and made sure to find us the right car for us. After we decided on the car he took us to Rafael who worked with until we got the right deal. Also Cesar at financing did a great job.

I had a very lovely experience here! I had no intention of buying a car, but I was able to see and test drive the new Camry. I immediately fell in love with the new Camry and all the safety features. I currently drive a 2011 Camry and I ve had it since 2011. I love my 2011 Camry. It s my baby, however I don t feel as safe. I want a car with the new and modern safety features. So, Chito and Vernon helped me out today. They were amazing and super kind! They convinced me to buy the new 2020 camry!! This was my first time buying a car and my first huge adult purchase. They talked me through it and it reassured me. They were able to get me the lowest monthly payment and they said I was being very smart about this purchase. I got onto the lot knowing what I was looking for. I was approached by a young man who walked me inside and eventually showed me the car I was interested in. His knowledge of the car was scarce overall and really didn't show me why I wanted to have this car. I got to sitting down and talking numbers and these wanted a hard credit check before giving me any idea of what I would be paying for the vehicle financing in general. I feel like this is a very predatory approach to making you purchase the vehicle because you are effecting your credit score basically by talking to them. Furthermore, after having dealt with a large scale dealership for the first time. Why has this system existed for well over 100 years, it blows my mind. There was also zero room for negotiation when the car was clearly not in a "show ready" state especially when they wouldn't given me any hard numbers to begin with.

Horrible experience with Chris. He told me to look for the prices online and that is nationwide when I asked for prices of different cars. Came back with a ridiculous price for just one of the cars that I was interested in, by far the highest price point I've got compared to other Toyota dealerships. Chris has horrible attitude and customer service skills. After telling him one of the offers I got elsewhere he said it was aggressive and he did not know if he could match. The only reason I went was because the could not give me prices over the phone, which everyone else that I called did and got an amazing offer as well. Don't go there, the prices are ridiculous high compared to other Toyota dealerships.

First 5 thousands miles checkup on corolla 2020 was pretty good job done by Toyota Orlando and I really like the way they handled it and attended me at the site. I might think on changing my new car to another new one 2121 like the SUV. Thanks to all of you staff's for such great work . God bless you all.

This is a great dealership, that I ve used for years. However, at the checking out portion when I signed off with their pen on the job order, there was no hand sanitizer anywhere around. Also, there were NO hand sanitizer stations in place, while waiting for the recall repair that was close to (4) hours.

I have ordered parts from Toyota of Orlando which at one time was associated with the Toyota dealer in Winter Park. I have found that their wholesale prices are more than the wholesale prices from Courtesy Toyota.
I also just found out that the two Orlando Toyota dealers, one by the mall of millinea and the one in Winter Park are now separate operations.
I have had a charge account with the Winter Park store for many years but when I called the same phone number that I have called in the past And ordered parts, when delivered to me all of a sudden I find out that I have no charge account etc. Kyle in wholesale parts does remember my ordering from the Winter Park store when he was there but he is now at the Orlando store and tells me that they are separate stores.
Anyway, not happy and will order from Courtesy Toyota the future.
