Horrible experience at the Collision Center. They only care about their money, not customer service. After 2 months, I had to pay >$800 on January 6, 2020 in addition to my deductible to get my car because they did not file supplement or got paid by insurance company. They say they understand my feeling, but I am still in fight to get my money back after 2 months. In early February, when I asked for money back, they filed some supplement to my insurance company. Whatever supplements were between Toyota and insurance company (I was not involved in at all), but they won't pay me back in full. I don't know how to express my frustration, but please be careful when your insurance is involved.
Just looked into emails, they have received what they requested in February supplement, but they told me the insurance did not pay for a wheel. I am so sick of this place and two staff members.

My experience with Toyota of Orlando has always been outstanding, and today was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Michael who s demonstrated the Tundra expertly. Raul, our sales rep, worked Superbly in helping us get the best deal possible, and so, we did. Cesar, in financial services, expertly and professionally prepared our documents swiftly and expeditiously. I recommend Toyota of Orlando and all it s staff 100%. That is why I am and will be a repeat customer

Our experience at Toyota Orlando started off on the wrong foot when we came in the first day to look at cars. The first sales person we dealt with was unprofessional. However, due to Steven and Tabatha s professionalism, we returned after they called us and convinced to come back. On our second time, we dealt with Jorge and he was very patient, understanding, and personable. Jason, the Financial Services rep, was professional and made the process seamless. We appreciate them for hearing us out and taking care of us to correct the mistakes made by one of their salesman that we dealt with in the first place.

Victor and Micheal are both absolutely amazing. Their customer service is above and beyond. I call and they take care of whatever is needed. I just sit back and relax. The whole facility is organized and clean. Love doing business here.

Toyota of Orlando was fantastic today in getting my fiance into his first financed car. Evelyn made the test drive fun and exciting and was very well equipped with knowledge of the car to answer all of our questions. Pamela was an awesome sale specialist in helping us find a car that fit our budget and needs and Jason was fantastic in securing the deal and financing and going over the exact terms of the financing contract. These 3 are the power team to serve all of your car buying needs! We are definitely a Toyota family just based on car reliability alone, but we are Toyota of Orlando repeat customers because of the unmatched customer service.

Angel showed me a couple cars based on my interests. I ended up falling in love with a car and Victor helped me through the finances and making me feel solidified in my decision. Jason wrapped up my paperwork and finalized everything for me. I m a first time buyer and never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. All three men were very kind and welcoming. I would refer anyone who is a new buyer. These guys are great ask for them!!

I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with my last service appointment! The service advisor told me that they would not rotate my tires because they were aftermarket wheels and the mechanic was too afraid to scratch them as if I wouldn t make a fuss if they were my factory wheels which I would not consider them one more valuable than the other. After I express my frustration as to it wouldn t of mattered if they were the factory wheels or the aftermarket wheels I would ve made a fuss if they would ve damaged them therefore I don t understand why they wouldn t of rotated them as it s part of my service and it does not specify that the service requires factory OEM wheels to which I had purchased. I purchased my truck at this location and has had several disappointing interactions with the service department to include a leak coming into my air conditioning dashboard area on the floor to which I was told that s just the way it is. Not sure if I m ever going to purchase another vehicle from this location or might as well have my vehicle serviced add a different dealership.

Sue, Vernon and Vernor were Exceptional. I started with Vernon & Vernor, these 2 gentlemen started with smiles & laughter willing to help & work out a deal with me having no credit. After everything was done Sue came through like icing on cake. She explained everything signed me off & I drove off the lot with a brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla. I know this is about Toyota in general, and not about this dealership in particular. I just found out today that it'll cost you a fee to update your map. It's a rip off, really. Better just use an app on the phone and ignore the car's navigation system altogether.

Erik did a fantastic job guiding me to the car I want, he gave full details into what I was looking for and helped me choose my dream car. Victor was my sales rep and helped me out tremendously in choosing the right options into my finances with the vehicle, he was splendid! Last but not least, Allison was amazing. She helped me with all the final paperwork and was great. Overall, I had a great experience with this dealership!

Service personal are polite and professional. If it wasn t for having CarShield I would of had a repair for my A/C compressor/blower with and added fuel injection flush that would cost me $3000 out of pocket. CarSheild sent out an inspector and all I needed was an A/C compressor. The bill was under $1600. Prior to calling CarShield with the claim, I told the Toyota service advisor I couldn t afford $3000 and all I wanted was to have cold A/C. To which the service advisor offer to ONLY fix the blower for a cost of just over $ 800. I declined for 2 reasons 1. I needed to wait for my CarSheild coverage to become active and 2. Everything I read about for AC issues made me feel it was the compressor or a leak and not a blower problem. The Car Shield inspection proved I was correct. Had I been a woman who wasn t interested in doing their own research or having CarShield on my side I would of paid $3000.

I took my 2014 Toyota Camry to Toyota OF Orlando for servicing. My service advisor was Gus and he is absolutely awesome. He got my car in quickly, the work was done in a timely manner. Gus was very courteous, compassionate, VERY PROFESSIONAL, and very informative about some things that I needed to have done with the car. It was an awesome experience and every time I go back I will be asking for him to help with service needs for my 2014 Toyota.

Don't believe the positive rate here, they required the customers to leave the good comments here. This is the worst dealer I know. I went this place multiple times, never made a deal with them, and hey always motived me to purchase a car from other places. And I believe this is the second time they motived me to buy a car from other Toyota dealer in the next week. I drove there today, 44 minutes driving. They didn't care you at all if you can't buy the car today. And the manager lied to you even said the internet seller(their employee) said a lie to me. What an amazing place! And finally they gave me a bad offer which is MUCH worse than what I got from other place. I never see anyone like this. so RUDE! Trust me, you even can lease a BMW with lower price. And they believe the Toyota is better than BMW even the senior Toyota manager bought a BMW not a Toyota.

Had an excellent experience at Toyota of Orlando today purchasing my new Toyota Supra. Steven, Victor and Cesar were courteous and informative walking me thru the rigors of purchasing a new vehicle and I am thankful for them!

Big shout out to Toyota of Orlando, in particular Aquino, Raul and Pam. My son needed a truck and up one arriving here we met Aquino who was patient, knowledge and put my son in a truck that was a perfect fit for him. Raul then made magic happen in getting the loan approved and then Pam made it all real in finalizing the deal.

We can t thank you guys enough, we are grateful! I will be back, I have my eye on a Toyota 4 Runner!

I came in to buy a new RAV4 and it was my first time buying a car. Patrick met me in the parking lot and was super helpful and showed me any car I wanted, he helped me find my dream car. Based on my experience on the phone with this Toyota Dealership, I would set foot into their showroom and even think of buying a car from them.

Their phone etiquette is subpar, horrible, and all they do is transfer you around to a voicemail box that nobody checks.

You are left on hold for several minutes. They do not return to pick up the line.

I attempted over a week to get information and pricing on a replacement key fob. You would think this would be a simple task, but not at this Toyota.
After being on hold for several minutes, I would hang up, wait a few minutes and call back ---- same thing. I would try the next day. Same thing. No answer from the reps, and horrible long hold times. I called back at different times. ---- same thing. No answer from the Parts Desk or placed on hold for well over ten minutes.

Based on this experience, I will take my business elsewhere.

I had not bought a car in 15 years...Michael, Chris and Jason were so great at helping me choose and buy the PERFECT car with the BEST deal. I m so glad today was the day because I got to work with them!
