Brought my car in just for a check up and oil change. All of a sudden the AC doesn t work. They can never figure out what is wrong with your car.

It was a very good experience. I like going to that dealer because all the personnel is friendly and they look like they enjoy their work. Angel showed us the car and even though it wasn't a Toyota car, he was knowledgeable of all the specs in the car that we picked. Rafael, the sales representative was also friendly and mindful. The negotiations were sharp and quick which made the process smoother, like others representatives that are all about to push and pressure to make the purchase, Rafael was always calm and assertive. The final step was signing our contract and we were helped by Jean, he answered our questions and made sure that everything was ready to go.
Going to toyota of Orlando is always a good experience for me. The first car that I bought when I moved to this country was in there and every time I come back, I feel welcomed and I know there is always someone willing to help and answer questions. Those values, when making an important decision like buying a car, matter to the customer and that's one of the reason that I come back. It may be all about sales and revenue but when you enter to the dealer doesn't feel that way.

As soon as I pulled up to the service lot, Brian Teitelbaum was there and ready to help. I m usually at this dealership every 2-3 months to maintain my car and I ve yet to meet a service consultant like Brian. I went in frustrated and left happy. I will certainly go back to Brian whenever my car needs a service.

I had to come back today for service for my NEW vehicle due to some old malfunction errors never being cleared. The whole reason I avoided purchasing a used vehicles was to avoid any problems and not have to waste another day sitting around for service so soon (Not even a week after initially buying it).

It was shameful to see so many employees walking around without masks today since I did not witness that last week. Also, there was no cleaning of the tables between the multiple different families sitting there at different times. Safety does not seem to be a top priority.

Eduardo and his team was so good. He got me going fast and way faster than the time I was told from the beginning. Glad these guys and ladies are there to help us.

Pam and Birdie were great and very excited about my new Toyota!!

Jerry was amazing he worked hard to make sure we got the car we wanted 2020 corolla! Cesar was great to very nice and polite! These two deserves employee of the month. I will be sticking with toyota for a long time.

Ricardo was able to narrow down the price range to close to what we were looking for. And signing the contract with Jason was extremely quick and easy. Overall super satisfied with the attention and customer service.

Tried to buy a Tacoma today online but unfortuntely the Internet Dept is not very willing or have sense of urgency to sell cars. Took 2 hours to answer back and a Manager never got in touch with me. Would really recomend to treat Customers at least a little better and don't leave buisness to unqualified Sales Reps.

Alton, Scottie and Jason did an amazing job at helping me select my vehicle. I just explained to Alton what I wanted in a car and he narrowed it down perfectly. I didn t want to spend the whole day deciding and he explained everything efficiently and quickly.

Victor at the collision center is probably the biggest waste of space you could have hired. I've spoken to this guy about 3 times and he seems to get worse. He has 0 customer service skills, doesn't care about your wants or needs, and is beyond rude. On the other hand, shout out to Tabitha and Danny at the service center as they're amazing!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Guillermo showed me all the features of the car and took me on the test drive. Andre and Cesar got me the best finance deal The whole experience took place in a relaxed atmosphere. There was non of the pressure from previous car buying ventures.First class service from start to finish.
