My wife and I bought her Toyota Corolla here in November. We are expecting our first child and needed to upgrade to a four door vehicle for obvious reasons. Our experience with Jerry Sun was outstanding. We have never met a more trust worthy salesman. He worked very hard for us and got us the best deal, payment, and car for her. 3 Months later we needed a vehicle for myself as well. This is not the experience that I was hoping for when buying my very first new car. I have worked really hard on my credit for quite some years so i m respected at the time of buying something or get a good understanding with everybody when is finance related. I dont know if it was the way that I was dressed ( casual) or that it was mid afternoon (5:45 pm) but the guy that was showing me the cars was barely interested and I had to keep asking questions to get him to talk to me about the car! Then I was asking some other questions about offers that they got going on just to be answered with a blank I don t know what you are talking about so I had to look in the toyota website for them to talk about it!!! I even asked for some features that I wanted on the car and they made it look like they didn t have any and when I go online I find plenty of cars on their lot! Totally disappointed to the point where I got to my house with the new car and wanted to return it and go to Toyota of Clermont to be treated as I deserve, a customer willing to invest on a good car, the first new car of his life
I m always satisfied with the customer service when I leave here, thanks to Arron Karria. He makes everything quick and easy for me when I take my car in and there s never any issues. He s knowledgeable and always friendly. Definitely ask for him when you go.
I called this location where I purchased my 2016 Tacoma and was hung up on after 10 minutes of being on hold for the service department. I then called back and asked to speak with the service department and was able to speak to Dan. I explained to Dan that I purchased my vehicle recently and there was sand to be found in the engine oil. After explaining the situation to Dan, he assumed that I was asking for an explanation as to why this happened and said there is nothing he can do or say unless I bring the vehicle in. Dan did not work to resolve the reason for my call and he was not polite at ALL. I tried to explain to Dan that I was not calling for an answer on how this happened, but his tone came off rushed and disrespectful. I work in Quality Assurance and I understand the importance of customer service. The level of service I received with this location was unacceptable and I will no longer be returning to this location for assistance.

Everything was fine. I was greeted nicely outside, showed the car I liked, and was able to test drive it. When I went inside to get a business card things went south. I was presented to an unprofessional sales associate named Andres. He came to the table aggressive trying to force a sale. I had already stated that I was just looking and doing researching. He came with a pretext and analogy that did not fit the situation. He did not listen to my frustrations as to why I wanted to wait. He simply wanted to meet a quota and it was not appreciated. I do sales for a living and I would NEVER treat a potential customer that way. Horrible experience that left a bad taste in my mouth.

Yesterday 3/17/2021 I arrived at Toyota service dept at 4:45p. My appointment was for 5:00. I went in for a oil change, I sat there and waited for my vehicle. Around 6:00pm I was told that my oil change is being worked on and that I will need new back brakes. Around 7:00pm, while I was still waiting on my vehicle, that they will need to keep my car until the next day because of a recall. I then said I will just bring my vehicle back tomorrow for the recall. I was then told I will have to wait to get my brakes done the following day. This was VERY bad poor communication and unorganized! Had I been told from earlier my vehicle had a recall I would not have sat there and waited for almost 3 hours for them to tell me that. I then agreed to the rental they will give me. A Toyota Corolla was all they have. I drive a Toyota Avalon, I need a spacious vehicle and the car they gave me was very uncomfortable! and that rental was not ready until almost 8:00! I have been a loyal customer with Toyota for some years now. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had!
So 16 days ago to be exact we traded our 2018 Toyota Highlander to a 2020 Toyota Highlander Limited. My wife happily obliged when she was asked if she could post a review because everyone seems to have been very nice and accommodating and we're happy with the trade in offer. So as expected, she rated this dealership 5 STARS! Of course once the "business" is done and dusted and you needed to follow up some stuff that's when the never ending phone calls and chasing starts. We were told that the floor matts will be provided as it is part of the deal but will be mailed to us as they don't have it in stock. My wife phoned the sales specialist Irina after few days to let her know that we will drop by and pick up the matts instead of them mailing it to us so we save time and don't have to wait for it any longer. Earlier last week, she was told that it looked like it will arrive that week and Irina said she will give us a call by Friday around 3pm to give us an update but we did not receive any calls! Few days ago, she called and followed up and was told by someone from the parts dept that per his manager, they don't have the matts yet and don't know when they can have it as it seems the one supplying it to them had stopped supplying it for now. So then are we just going to keep waiting for who knows when they will have it on stock?? We have taken the matts from our other car just so we have something to use for the meantime. We have checked and some dealerships have it in stock!
My wife wanted to address this to their Complaints dept and had spoken to Cynthia on Tuesday and she was told that Cynthia will find out but did not call her back. My wife left a message yesterday as she wasn't picking up the call. Awhile ago, my wife managed to speak to her and she said to hold on a moment as she will find out from Irina the sales specialist but her call was actually connected and was answered to by a man who doesn't have any idea what was going on and my wife has to explain what the issue was. He connected the call back to the customer service so they could transfer the call back to Cynthia but she did not pick up the call anymore! She could have at least told my wife that she will connect her call to somebody!!
So we have the impression that even raising issues to their "Complaints" dept is useless as it is not being dealt with properly!! By this time, they should have at least found means on how to fix the issue!!
Came in today and had a great experience from start to finish. Kevin did an excellent job in meeting all my needs in finding the right car for me. Christopher and cesar were amazing and made it easy through all the documents and signings.

I had written a full text telling our story but I'm not allowed to place it here. "Too many characters"
Basically we were lied to into getting a car we didn't want, lied to about running our credit (long story), lied to about who was actually financing us and then lied to about offering a "great" deal to make up for all those lies.
Worst people I've ever dealt with and will never step foot in this dealership again. I sincerely hope you read this and go to any other place instead. At the very least you will be treated with respect.

Was not expecting to walk out with a brand new car, but Jerry and the team did a great job and provided me with the guidance needed to leave with my first ever BRAND NEW car! 10/10. Service dept was nice and kept me informed. After diagnostic I decided to go with Firestone to do the repairs after Toyota had anywhere from 90%-110% markup on parts cost. I asked for the part numbers for the items i needed and surfed the net. Toyota's own web page for parts had the items much cheaper than the dealership and the prices for other services like brake flush, steering fluid flush, and synthetic differential flush were half price at Firestone compared to Toyota.

Based on my experience on the phone with this Toyota Dealership, I would set foot into their showroom and even think of buying a car from them.
Their phone etiquette is subpar, horrible, and all they do is transfer you around to a voicemail box that nobody checks.
You are left on hold for several minutes. They do not return to pick up the line.
I attempted over a week to get information and pricing on a replacement key fob. You would think this would be a simple task, but not at this Toyota.
After being on hold for several minutes, I would hang up, wait a few minutes and call back ---- same thing. I would try the next day. Same thing. No answer from the reps, and horrible long hold times. I called back at different times. ---- same thing. No answer from the Parts Desk or placed on hold for well over ten minutes.
Based on this experience, I will take my business elsewhere.
