Service technician Victor Fuentes refused to speak to me about my vehicle. He spoke over my head to my ride home, just because that person happened to be a male. If I am dropping of my personal vehicle, I expect to be the person it s discussed with. Had my car been in better shape, I would have driven off to find somewhere else. However I couldn t make it anywhere else with my car. I was charged $200 just for the service department to look at my car whereas every Toyota other Toyota I ve been to charges $85. I was then quoted $774 to fix my car. When I gave them the go ahead, I was then told the total was $2,135. The process of getting my total was entirely misleading. While all of these are plenty of reasons to never come back, the sexism I experienced is the main reason I will never support this establishment.

We are very happy with the experience and customer service we had getting our Beautiful Camry SE lease.

Juanil was so personable and instrumental in helping us choose the right Camry for our needs.
Jordan came over and introduced Giselda and worked with us to achieve the numbers we could afford.
Jean lacock from financing made the process of signing the contract easy to understand, easy to sign and a pleasant experience.

Normally we go to Central Florida Toyota but they were fully booked. We called up Toyota of Orlando and they had tons of space. Dustin was a great service rep and got us a shuttle to the Mexican restaurant down the street and back. A cool salesman named Lee helped me look at a new Land Cruiser I had my eye on and wasn't pushy in the least! Overall we were very impressed all around and would quickly return there for any maintenance or future purchases! Thanks again Dustin and Lee!!!

I came in originally with no intentions of actually getting a car. Seher showed me a car that I was in love with and I honestly wasn t sure that I was going to drive away with it. However, Seher gave me some really encouraging words to at least give it a shot. Seher handed me off to Victor who could not have been anymore helpful than he was. I laid it all on the table of where I was at as far as credit, payments, and preference. Victor was able to actually find me a payment option that fit my needs. I was then handed off to Jason to sign the rest of my papers, he was very friendly and made the process very simple, and explained everything in detail. Thank you so much guys for the work that you do and helping me get the car of my dreams. I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle. Thank you for making my Christmas special. Thank you Toyota for my first 2021 Tacoma truck purchase. The wait time was not so great but the service was phenomenal. Jose and Jorge were wonderful and informative. Jorge was tough to crack a deal with but at the end we were able to come down with a monthly payment that worked for me. And at the end Pam did a great job finishing up and making sure I understand the policies and answered any questions and concerns I had.

Ciara Napieralski helped us with the final financing paperwork. She was knowledgeable, efficient and quickly completed the process for us. She was kind, courteous and very pleasant. I would be happy to work with her again.

We also received outstanding service from Angel Vargas and Fred Robinson. Thank you to all.

Update: while these individuals were extremely helpful I had extreme difficulty actually finishing the purchase. I had pre-approval for financing from USAA which the dealership accepted and we drove away with the new vehicle. However, 2 weeks later the dealership had not turned into USAA the proper paperwork to complete the financing. I tried numerous times to work between USAA and the dealership without success. Management at this dealership does not talk to its customers. Had to leave messages and talk to individuals relaying messages. I gave up and paid cash for the vehicle. There were no explanations or apologies from management. I will NOT return to this dealership.

I think Ceasar, and Vernon were great. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Went today to purchase a brand new highlander. From the moment we got there we got a bad vibe. Our sales person did not listen to my requests, i repeated myself 3 times when I asked him to bring a vehicle around so I could compare it to another color. Sales director was extremely rude when I asked for invoice in order to negotiate my deal. He had a hand written number and I told him that was unacceptable, his response was this was this is how we have our invoices numbers. I told him that was a lie and I demanded for him to get a printed invoice and not a hand written one. After multiple times of going back and fourth he finally got the invoice paper. Overall experience was horrible. I ended up taking my business to Toyota of clermont, where they took great care of us and we left extremely happy with my wife s brand new Highlander.

I got my first cash car here they were very professional. The 3 guys who helped me were John H Cesar Rafael. Process was very fast & over went well.

Out of all my car buying experiences, this has been the most phenomenal of them all. Jean, Rafael, and Pam were MAGNIFICENT. Made the entire experience hassle free and easy for me. I traded my vehicle and barely needed to lift a finger to do any work. They worked with me to ensure I got the best deal and best price for my interests! Didn t feel any pressure, and they didn t want me to leave unhappy.

After 4 days trying to reach out the salesman, unfortunately I had to update my review to say that it is the worst after sales that I ever had.
I tried contacting them by phone, I sent several messages, I went to the store to solve my problem. I left a lot of messages but nobody contacted me back.
And I had minor issues. Very easy to solve. But they just don't care.
Sad experience.
Car is good, salesforce not.

I go to this location for oil changes. The mechanics are solid and my service advisor is pleasant. What grinds my gears is the 90 minutes it takes to get this done and that is with an appointment and then the checkout process. But what is even worse than that is the calls from the sales team while I am sitting in the building. Really you can give me top dollar for my car and save me a ton on my next car. Come find me. Show some initiative. Guess what? I know where to find a car salesman. Obviously I found one in the past. I don't appreciate being one of the targets in the barrel you like to fish in. It feels like such a hassle just to get something simple accomplished.

This is my fourth transaction with this location. We were always very happy with the transactions except this time. I feel I was deceived. I didn't want to give a negative comment here however I have reached out to several entities at your location to resolve my issue however all are not responding. It is ironic how they were calling me daily before I returned my old leased vehicle and offering me all false offers for being a loyal customer. I ended up paying a down payment and not zero payment as promised and also ended up paying exactly the same monthly amount I was paying with the previous lease minus $1. To add the person who cleaned off the sticker from the window left a large stain on the paint under the window. I tried cleaning it twice however the stain is still there. I took pictures and sent an email to the person who helped us with our transaction however I received no response. Things were different at your location. We were treated like people not numbers. You are hiring too many young people who see us as just numbers. Hire older people as well like Tom Diaz who helped us with two vehicles where we left happy and your place got benefitted as well.

He was beyond honest and willing to put up with my many changes of mind when it came to looking at different vehicles. Lastly, Jean who is the financial specialist was beyond polite. We went through paperwork in detail and answered all of my questions and concerns clearly. I am beyond pleased with my purchase, I recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy something within their budget, I am a young buyer this is my first car and I am so happy to have done it with this team!

Here s the bottom line: Yes it s going to cost more to take your car to the dealership to get fixed but I d rather pay a little more and have zero aggravation when I leave vs save money w/ a fly-by-night mechanic only to have my car leave me stranded when I need it the most! They back their service and w/ guys like Dan & Emil running the service department you re in good hands guaranteed!
