Michael Gonzales greeted us and showed us 2 cars within my price range. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Then we got to meet after Robinson sale guy (let s talk money guy) and he listen to what price range I wanted to be in. Last guy was Carlos Merian (finance paper guy) and was friendly also. All three of these guys were great to deal with.
I had a great experience and everything was quick and simple. My service agent Eddie Fernandez was absolutely perfect he helped me with everything I needed and answered all my questions and concerns.

Two months ago Angel Vargas provided excellent service to my sister's purchase of her car. I was so pleased, I drove all the way from Melbourne to now buy my car, even though there is a Toyota dealership near me. I can't speak for the rest of the staff, but I came back strictly based of Angel's integrity and service. He's not like other salesman. I've had my Camry since 2008. I had always taken it to Toyota when there was a problem. I kept on going even though there were always recalls , I was never to dissatisfied. However, my last experience changed all that. My ABS system stopped working and my wife took it there she was told it was the battery. They replaced it. She did not even leave the parking lot and the same problem happened. She returned to the office and they checked again and they said they finally found the problem and it would cost $3500 to fix due to labor. Because of the ABS system, the air conditioner stopped working and she was told fixing it would be another $4000. They had already charged her $800 to replace a seal due to oil leak. They were even trying to sell her a new car. My wife called me while I was at work and I asked her to take the car home. After some research, I bought a ABS module for $75.00 and I asked a mechanics replace the defective one for me as I also had to flush the brakes. He charged me $200.00. My total cost was $275 vs. 7550 they were about to steal from us. This is in addition to the $800.00 they charged. It has been 1 1/2 years and the car has been running seamlessly. I will not go back there and I am now very unlikely to purchase another Toyota (I have always had this brand). No wonder most people feel that they are being ripped off each time they step their feet in the parking lot of a dealership.

This dealership does not know Absolutely Nothing about Customer Service neither what s a telephone etiquette. I am a 100%disabled veteran from the state of Georgia and we don t pay purchase taxes or yearly taxes on vehicles. I explained the sales Manager the info and he didn t want to do his job to verify this info, instead he decided to tell me that is was my job. My job is to provide my 100% disability certification from the Veterans Administration so they can have proof of it for the moment the send the docs to Georgia DDS. If this was a supervisor don t want to know what kind of training they get.

The initial experience i had with this was not a positive one however I came and spoke to the director Kyle and expressed concerns he listened and set me up with Daniel who was very knowledgeable and Fred my actual sales guy was great friendly and professional. Requested quotes online, after getting the run around from several people, finally Daniel Colon, Corporate Internet Director replies back with "we don't provide estimates online, you'll have to come in for that." 100% automatic on the poop list for me. Warning to anyone shopping for cars: no need to swim in shark infested waters when there are plenty of other places to get a car. Yelp reviews are hilarious in confirming this STEALership's practices.
Upon arrival we were greet by Hassan he show us variua rav4 2020 and we selexted a gray xle, later Raul was our salea guur, we were looking into a fixed budget and after few hours he was able to assist on the final price. Excellent person Raul.

Checking in was great, I had an appointment so that made it easy. The sales rep I think her name was Rose or Rosita something to that nature, was wonderful. Took all the steps necessary to get me going quickly and explained everything in detail. Said the repair would take about 2-3 hours which it did. I would ve given it 5 stars except for when I went to pick up my car I literally stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before I finally just asked if anyone was going to help me. I m a pretty patient person but watching two people just type away at their computer without even acknowledging me is rude. As soon as I spoke up the gentleman helped me out and even apologized for my wait. He was nice after that minor incident and walked me to my car. It such a shame they failed on the easiest part of customer service, acknowledging the customer.
