First, let me say the service department did an excellent job. I didn't have an appointment and my wait time was not long at all. I had a concern about a noise I would hear when I drove the car and was able to ride along on a test drive to pinpoint the noise. Everything was explained in detail and suggested services in the near future.

My issue was with the sales definitely. As I was sitting comfortably waiting for my car, a young lady called out my name. I acknowledged her and she said her manager wanted to see me. I asked if it was about the service of my vehicle and she said yes. THAT WAS A LIE! It was a sales attempt to get me into a newer vehicle. When I declined and said I was not interested, I heard what I believed to be a scare tactic. "Well it looks like you may go over your miles and that's going to cost you more money when you turn it in." Sir, I discussed that concern with the sales person I purchased the car. Still, he was relentless. If I did not come to talk with a sales rep, please don't lie to me and then harass me. So unprofessional. Service Date 11/21/19 at approx. 9am-10am

I really don t like to talk negative about any business even though you guys go far and beyond for excellent customer service but I felt that this visit the service advisor which I m not gonna mention his name did not offer any Coupon sales The service advisor that took care of me before this visit make sure that all my discount was applied and he noticed The more discounted he gave me the more work order got bigger but this time I just had an oil change and one other service Still gave you guys a five star

Rep was nice but did not listen to my issue and I felt brushed off. I removed the phone piece they said the noise was coming from and still hear it. I d like another tech to look at it.

Edited: Noise was coming From a big guard I installed rubbing against a headlight fixed it and feel better. Only issue is my plastic tire cover on my passenger side was incorrectly out back on by Toyota. Updated rating due to my own negligence.

Angel showed the cars and went over options, Daniela set us up and Jason finished the paperwork. We were very happy with the service here.

I brought in my vehicle on Saturday they couldn't take it because I wanted to use the warranty and they needed to get in contact with them first and they wouldn't be open until Monday so I had to take the car back with me. I brought it back that Friday I was asked to pick it back up Saturday because the warranty place wasn't open (same story) and they couldn't do anything until they speak to them again about obtaining a new authorization. At this point I just want the engine light fixed even if I have to pay for it out of pocket or if I have to go somewhere else to do it. It's just taking way too long and to me it seems they want the warranty to expire so I cannot use it any longer and would have to pay out of pocket anyway. This place was highly recommended by a family friend that purchased their SUV from here and always gets awesome service. Not my experience!! I just want my damn engine light fixed.
