I bought a 2020 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Orlando and was fooled by the so call sales rep Scotty. Typical fast talking and pushy car salesmen. He wanted to run credit without disclosing the out the door numbers. Also once deal was agreed on he disclosed that the vehicle was involved in an accident!!! Paperwork shows it was t-boned however Scotty. They will not respond to any calls or emails since the body work was never completed properly. Jordan or Cynthia will not even send me touch up paint for me to correct the shotty body work on a 31k new vehicle.They are very unprofessional and I will never do business with them ever again! Run Away!!

This place is top notch. Jason was very helpful in letting me test drive the RAV4 and Camry. This helped me to decide to look into the RAV4 as a potential lease. Raul was extremely helpful in the sales aspect of the vehicle. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was professional, concise, crunched all the numbers for me, so that I could make my final decision. Overall I'm glad that he was there today to assist me in leasing my first car. I recommend anyone who goes to this location to get assistance from Raul. Pam was helpful in understanding the finances and gave me the remaining title, registration, tag, and documented financial papers. Came in today to explore lease end options. Was greeted by Daniel which he gave me a brief overview of options and vehicles. Went inside and met with Scotty, where he laid out all my available options and we were able to come to an agreement. Finished up paperwork with Cesar and im all set. Great overall experience. They were packed, but were still able to accomadate to the best of their abilities.

Horrible customer service, go to autonation. They will beat their price and treat you better. I was looking for a Toyota Highlander online and I clicked on get the best e-price. I then get an email from their director of internet sales, he tells me that in order for me to get a quote I have to come in. I told him I can't come in because of covid and would prefer to get numbers so I can come in later and make a deal. He then tells me that in order to get a quote I will need to fill out a credit application. Now, I've brought several new cars before and I never had any dealership tell me this. I then respond with, "why would I fill out a credit application for a vehicle if you haven't given me any numbers yet". He then responds with in order for him to give me numbers, he needs to find out how much my trade in is. I told him to give me the quote without the trade in value, but he decides to respond with no can do good luck going elsewhere. Now, when you're paying 35k for a vehicle and you're asking for a quote when it says on-line to click for best E-price it should not be so difficult and appear to be so scammish. When I told him to remove me from his mailing list, because he has been sending me spam for the last 6 months, he decided to respond with a very childish and rude response. I contacted his manager and his manager appeared to defend his sales tactics, but said that the internet sales guy should have handled it differently. My recommendation to anyone looking to buy a new car is to watch out for this dealership. Instead of being upfront they try to use scammish tactics to get you to sign a credit application that will lower your credit score, or they will try to get your trade in value ahead of time to haggle you on your out the door price, and they refuse to give you numbers because they are either trying to scam you with the sales price or fees they are charging you with if you decide to finance through them. This was the worse experience I've ever had with any dealership ever and I would have been a return customer because I did buy a vehicle from them before. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!

Buyer beware!! Check engine light came on in my car and these guys charged me $238 to change the gas cap!!! If your check engine light comes on in a Toyota, check your gas cap first!! I have been taking my car here for a while now and feel totally robbed. I will not return to this place.

Everyone kept expressing how horrible it is to be at a dealership but I had an amazing experience. If I get my service work done here, I know it s going to be done well. What I hate, absolutely can t stand about this place, is how much they try to sell me a new car (I just bought mine!) and recommend worthless services (thank you google search for pointing out scam services).
When I get work done here, I want to be in and out. But they will always call me saying the manager wants to speak to you . If I wait there in person, they ll ask me to take a seat so someone can come talk to me about something, but they won t say what. I HATE these sales tactics. If I can ever find another shop that I trust, I d be happy to go there instead.
The WiFi here is good, they ll do the job right, and I like the free car wash. I also really like the text updates and the service guy Danny who helps me here, he s really cool.

I came in to have my oil changed and they left the cap off where you put the oil. I started to smell gas and found out oil has leaked all over the engine. I m very disappointed as I ve been going to Toyota of Orlando since 2005. This is something that could have been avoided if they took the time to be thorough.
Certain jobs are better left to the professionals. Such was the case with my son's Tacoma that needed an evaporator AC replaced - relative inexpensive part, insane amount of labor. Toyota of Orlando finished the job in one day, and so far there is no rattling on the dashboard (that had to be entirely removed). Cheap? No. Worth it? Absolutely.

Came in the dealership hoping for the best and got more then asked for. Angel greeted me from the parking lot. Asked what I needed and took me straight to look at cars. Giving me great details on all features and took me out on test drives. Jerry then crunches numbers and fought hard for me and made everything work out even though the odds were slightly against me and got me some good numbers going in the ball park I needed. And Jason finally got all my paper work done with ease and some good laughs. And made sure my car was all ready to drive off the lot.
