I had to wait 2 hours just to be told you will owe...

I had to wait 2 hours just to be told you will owe 50$ an your car is not even been worked yet. So all in all the service is irresponsible to the consumers of this dealership. Especially to the ones that are very direct an unfront I didn't want to wait just to be told I owe. Beside it was an update on the car in which Toyota requested I didn't.
I spoke with the service manager he was going to talk with the owner before I take steps to make a phone call to Toyota this afternoon Monday oct 3rd. I see neither one care about the reputation an or poor representation of their employees. To contact me back.
