Wonderful experience. I did not have time to buy a truck yesterday. My day was beyond full of things that had to be done. However, the truck was right there and exactly what I had been searching for to replace my son's. Chaz Bares took care of everything while I finished my errands. We just signed the paperwork and drove the boy's new red truck home.

Service was awful .It took over three hours total and two trips to get a tire sensor fixed. They lied and said they were working on it. After two hours when I went to get my keys the truck was sitting outside and cold. It had not been looked at .

Robert Manning held the SUV we were traveling 2 1/2 hours to test drive as soon as we left our house. We did not have to worry about the car being sold before we could get there. When we arrived Robert had arranged for another salesman, Jeremiah to work with us since he had another customer at that time. Both of these gentlemen were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. We purchased this previously owned Lexus GX 460 for a fair price. Easley Toyota fully serviced this car prior to making it available for purchase including new tires and break pads. Ask for Robert or Jeremiah when visiting this dealership, you will having a pleasant car buying experience

I was not greeted nor given directions on how to check in for my service. So I went into the waiting area until one mechanic came in and told me I had to check in. If it wasn t for the mechanic I d still be sitting in the waiting area. The service was good but they forgot to turn back on my power doors which resulted in another call the next morning. I was helped with that situation too.

Having purchased car parts for over 50 years as a "shade tree mechanic" I cannot remember a more pleasant and efficient experience than that with Tina Surratt on 12/10/12. I've never seen a bigger smile or better attitude! It was such a pleasant experience, I hope my future parts purchases include Tina! She could give lessons!

My sister asked me to take her car up to the service center for an appointment she had for an oil change at 2 PM. I got there about 1:45 PM and the guy told me that it would take an hour and fifteen minutes for me to get out of there. I thought this was a little weird considering my sister made an appointment that it would take so long but I wasn t terribly worried about it. I ultimately didn t get out of the facility until 5 PM, so double the time he originally told me. Very frustrating since we had an appointment and watching people who come in after you leave before you is never fun. They were very apologetic and even gave us 10 dollars off, which is why I m not giving 1 star. I ve had places take this long for simple services before and not compensate in any way, so I appreciate that aspect for sure. I just didn t expect to be there all day and was almost late for work. Hope this isn t a regular thing!

I went to the toyota used car dealership in Easley S.C where I met Chaz. He looked me up and down not straight in the eyes as a bussiness man should do, But looking at what I was wearing and that I was on disability and made up his mind that he just couldn't help me . He never checked my credit score just went by how much money I said I drew and made the decision based on his opinion of me .(on the way I dressed and my income ).I've been dealing with Hyundia of Greenville for years and never had a problem getting a new car higher priced than his used toyota truck but when someone doesn't even try to see what he can do that's called descrimination.

I recently moved to the area and was looking to forge a relationship with a good mechanic for my 2000 Toyota Tacoma. I have had my truck meticulously serviced it's whole life, and it had been looked at 2-3 months before this. I went in to get my coolant flushed out, but after waiting a bit they came back and said my truck needed $1,100 worth of service! They said the valve cover gasket was a 9/10 and urgently needed replacing.
1. valve cover gasket replacement (200)
2. new drive belt (200)
3. new air filter (30)
4. new coolant (150)
5. new water pump (450)
6. other smaller stuff

I balked and went back home to look at everything. I found zero cracks in any belts, as they were almost new. No leaking oil or coolant. Water pump looked fine. a tiny bit of leaking oil from the old gasket, but not an urgent repair. yes, dirty coolant. Yes, dirty air filter. 1,100 worth of issues? not even close! I went to Pressley Auto service in Clemson, and they confirmed my suspicions, I had been scammed. Said everything looked fine except the coolant and the gasket cover, got everything fixed for $280 bucks, Truck is now in perfect shape again. Don't get lied to at Toyota of Easley.

just had my 60000 mile maintenance done today and my service advisor was Jacinda Beaudoin.the first thing I must say is that it is evident that Jacinda cares about her customers.also the service was great and im going back this week to have brand new tires put on.i will be going to toyota of Easley for all future visits and will deal with Jacinda.A+++++++++++ dealership.

We were able to let our salesman Phil Parrish know what car we were interested in. Because if the weather, Phil had the car inside where we could look at it in a warm dry place. This makes about our 8th purchase and we are just as happy this time as with our first one. Everyone that has been involved in the process has been most accommodating to us and very helpful.

My wife & I felt like we had made a good deal with our trade & purchase and finalized the process with Chris Hall. We were just as pleased with Chris as we were with Phil.

Monica, was great in sales very patient and understanding. We test drove three totally different vehicles and they had the one we needed as we wanted to stick with a decent budget due to us owing more than our trade was worth. 2020 Camry se xp edition; we love it never even thought I d have a car with a 4cyl non turbo engine. After 5,000 miles in two weeks we couldn t be happier plus the gas mileage alone is so exciting 35 min mpg driving on cruise above 75 mph, 40 mpg+ when driving rural/ 65 mph interstates/ city. I m never feeling like I need more power. So yes I d definitely recommend Toyota of Easley and Monica in sales our accessories guy (sorry I can t remember your name) very great to work with and saw me through till the end of each options of add ons, our finance guy for all his work with the paper work as well..

Now for service, Ken has been great we have a 2019 Toyota Avalon and 2020 Camry ^ I am a stickler for service as it keeps the vehicle feeling as new as possible for as long as possible along with gives you confidence and peace of mind of your huge investments we have had the Avalon serviced and our Camry once both times they did everything Ken said he would and in a timely fashion. I look forward to many years of a great relationship with this facility as it s minutes from my job, but also you can feel a sense of a good company and tell it s family owned which means so much. Sorry for such a long review

I recently bought a new RAV4 that I really love! It s my first SUV. I had a very good experience with this dealership. There was no pressure, and the negotiations were not drawn out. I paid less than a quote from another dealer. My sales person was knowledgeable about the car and the various options. He did not rush when explaining all of the equipment. I returned 5 days later to have seat warmers installed. He was happy to refresh my memory about some of the technical stuff and invited me to come back any time that I had questions. I recommend Toyota of Easley.

Be aware! There are bad people in the service department. Do not leave any valuables in your car while it is being serviced. During my 30K service, my GPS unit was stolen from my glove compartment. This was not my first time. During an earlier service appointment, a 5 hour energy drink was taken. Not as valuable as the GPS unit, but very disturbing and disappointing. Be careful.

The most attractive thing about my experience is that I was not rushed or coerced into purchasing. My family and I came to three times before actually making a purchase. Water pump failed late Friday night. Car was towed in and keys put in drop box. Glen called me early next morning to confirm the symptoms reported. Work started as we talked. Water pump confirmed as the issue. Glen later called to report progress and estimated time of completion. Said it would be out of the shop that afternoon. Job was completed about 40 minutes early. Glen ensured I was pleased with the results. Pleasant and professional service done on time. The type of service everyone wants but not everyone gets. Nice job folks.

I had the best and easiest experience in buying my new Toyota Limited Highlander that I've had in a long time. The salesman, Scott Ball, let me drive every vehicle that I had an interest in. He was very kind, pleasant, and respectful to my feelings of anxiety of making the right decision for my peace of mind & satisfaction plus he didn't make me feel pressured. He was a perfect gentleman , patient and professional! He was very willing to accommodate me in getting me the best price and they worked as well at getting me the best interest rate. I'm enjoying my Limited Highlander with 3rd row seating... my first time to ever to buy a vehicle with 3rd row seating! And I'm looking forward to going back to Toyota of Easley on Wednesday for lady's day where they're treating me to a complimentary manicure. Oh !!!, did I forget to mention that I'm one of those ladies who enjoys being pampered? Hee Hee (well I am)!! My experience at Toyota of Easley has been totally delightful and I highly recommend this dealership and my salesman if he's available but in case he's not, I have no doubts that you'll be treated great! I'm using my son 's website to write this. Very good service, pleasant people. I would rate 5 stars had they been willing to turn off the dashboard light that indicates the tire pressure is low. It costs almost as much as a new tire to have the pressure indicator replaced; I don t need this extra feature and believe that if the owner wants that feature turned off, it should be done.

Let me begin by saying that I have had vehicles se...

Let me begin by saying that I have had vehicles serviced here for many years and always had great experiences until recently. However, that has not been the case for the past year while servicing my wife's 2014 Infiniti QX 80. In the last year, the service department has changed the oil and replaced at least twice with regular oil instead of a synthetic blend. Shortly after the first mistake that I caught, the check engine light came on, and I had it checked at Advanced Auto Parts. They indicated it was likely an oxygen sensor. The light will come on for a few weeks and then goes off for a week or so; therefore, I had not tried to fix it until recently. On my last visit to Toyota of Easley, I had them check it, and they indicated it is the catalytic converter. The price of this fix is $1,800 according to them. Now, I am wondering if the issue is due to them putting the wrong oil in her car at least twice. I know of these two times because I caught that the price of the oil change was wrong, after looking at the bill bringing to their attention. Each time they were able to go back and change the oil again with supposedly the right oil at no cost.

Now, I am wondering how many times it has been changed incorrectly and not caught as I was the one that noticed it both times. Also, let me add in my next to last visit they managed to round off several lug nuts that they graciously replaced when I brought it to their attention.

After the last mistake on the oil change, I immediately asked the service manager, Michael Muldoon to schedule me a meeting with the owner, Ryan Norris. I was informed at that time that Mr. Norris would be out of town for two weeks, and we could schedule a meeting once he returned.
Now, it is almost a month after the last oil change that was completed incorrectly, and I am still waiting on an appointment with Mr. Norris. I called this past Monday, October 21, 2019 and left a message with the service manager, Michael Muldoon, regarding this requested meeting, and it is now Friday, October 25, and I just left another message. However, at this moment neither calls have been returned. Now, I am wondering what to do because it seems my business is not valued and my car still has the check engine light on.

All I can say is be sure to question them if you are having an oil change completed because you may end up with the wrong oil like me and be wondering if any damage has been done to the engine. Also, remember you will have to catch the mistake because they will not bring it to your attention as they apparently don't know what they are doing.

These guys took very good care of my 2002 Tacoma with much needed service before I could return to Florida after hurricane Irma. They even found an old recall and repaired it. Tony in service got me in and out overnight. Friendly, courteous service as if I was a regular customer. Thanks again guys!

The only thing that I was disappointed with was that nobody bothered to call me when my car repairs were finished. I had to call around 5 and was told that my car was ready. Since I live about 45 minutes away, I could have used a little more heads up time as I had to call my wife to come home and take me to your dealership.
