Jason Hoffman was very helpful and accommodating when helping me get the requested service for my vehicle. When the part was not available to replace the airbag, he made it possible for me to get a rental car. He also contacted with me specific information about my vehicle and recommended services and extended the rental lease so I could get additional work completed. He was personable, caring, professional, friendly, and honest. He took time to answer my questions and provided me with a coupon that gave me a discount.
Thanks Jason for the excellent service that I received and for making sure that my car was serviced.

I'm a big fan of Toyota of Easley. And, that's a new experience for me! Over many decades I have dealt with lots of dealerships and in general, I have not been happy. In a couple cases, I chose to drive a long distance so I could deal with another service department. The folks at Toyota of Easley are friendly, efficient, honest and competent. Now, I drive 40 miles so I can deal with them.
Bottom line is, I trust them and until I lose confidence in them I will use them. They have my full recommendation!

I worked with Jerry Ashley and he was nothing but kind and helpful. He did not push me to buy a car and only showed me vehicles he thought I might like with my best interest in mind. He worked with me to get the exact car that I wanted, down to the exterior and interior colors, while also getting the car to an affordable price for me. I ended up purchasing a Highlander and words cannot describe how much I love it and enjoy driving it! I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go to Toyota of Easley, the service was fantastic and the people even more so.

Took my Tundra in for a 35k service. Had terrible service from another Toyota dealership and wanted to try this one. I was told it would be about an hour and 57 minutes later it was ready. Very honest and pleasant to deal with. Everyone was very professional.
I would highly recommend them.

Tucker @ Toyota of Easley made the process of buying our new vehicle a breeze. We were able to start the process remotely and we finished at the dealership. Tucker is not the stereotypical car salesman - he's genuine and sincere. I've purchased over 12 vehicles from dealerships, this was by far the best experience (even during a Pandemic).

I have always used Toyota of Easley to provide the needed service on my vehicles. I own 3 Toyota vehicles and out of the last 4 that I owned, I purchased 3 of them from Toyota of Easley. I do have one question for Toyota of Easley though: If I purchase a vehicle from you, and it still has the original tires on it when it was purchased, then don't I get free tire rotation when I bring it in for service?

9AM Friday I showed up without an appointment hoping for a 10,000 mile service check, including oil change, tire rotation and reattaching a gasket on a door handle. Everything was complete in under 90 minutes! Toyota associates were all courteous, helpful and friendly. Plus free beverages & snacks!

I will never set foot inside Toyota of Easley agai...

I will never set foot inside Toyota of Easley again. Toyota's sales gimmicks are ridiculous - you either take $2,000 off the top and pay $2,000 in interest or vice versa - you're not actually saving anything. Their trade in offer was well below the KBB value of my car - so I sold it myself at KBB value. In my opinion, I was treated like I was stupid because I wasn't dumb enough to buy into the gimmicks and the "straight talk". They bungled my tag/registration and took over 3 months to get it straightened out - it was not taken care of satisfactorily either. When I got home with the car in the sunlight (the dealership lot is in a hole and always dark) it had scratches. I took it back to get them fixed and waited over 3 hours - the car was returned with the same scratches - luckily it was taken care of by a polite car washer there who had the decency to see that I was getting treated poorly. The only saving grace there was John Willis who was nice and honest, but he was overshadowed by his superiors who give car salesmen a bad name. At any rate, I would never ever buy another car there - i will be getting my recall fixed at a different dealership as well.

Toyota of Easley has the best customer service ever. Every time I have to take my car in for anything they drop me off at work, they pick me back up. They have even dropped our car off at my office n home. They go above and beyond. I would recommend them to any one.

I bought a care from David Helton and I love it!
Mr. Helton was superb in showing us all about the car. He also never pushed us or hovered over us like some sales people do. He was very knowledgeable about the Highlander we purchased. He is probably the best sales person we have encountered as far as cars go, he was excellent. we appreciate all his help!

I cannot thank Toyota of Easley enough for there kindness and willingness to work with us for our non-profit agency Donate Life SC. Donate Life SC established and maintains the Donate Life SC Organ and Tissue Donor Registry.

We are having a fundraiser and they were able to work out a fantastic deal for our vehicle. The money from our fundraiser will be used to support our Team South Carolina at the Donate Life America Transplant Games. These games are set up like the Olympics whose primary purpose is to thank their donor hero who said "Yes" to donation and ultimately saved their life. They work hard to keep their body healthly and these games are a way of showing the public how thankful they are to have been given a "second chance" at life.

Secondly, these funds raised will be used to assist transplant patients who are in need of emergency funds as well as help us to continue to educate the public on the critical need for donation for transplantion.

Thank you and a huge hug from all of us at Donate Life South Carolina!!!

I was driving through Easley, just having stopped at another Toyota dealership where I was told the wait would be long and the quoted price was expensive. When I arrived at Toyota Of Easley, I was quickly accommodated, the price was significantly better, and I felt well informed throughout the entire process. I will return.

Took our truck in for some recalls on it. They ordered the parts and set up a time for us to bring it in. Staff was super friendly and helpful and completed the job in a timely manner and didn't try to con us into any other repairs. Great experience.

First off, I have to say Christine in the service department was an ablolute delight to deal with...very professional and thorough . Several facets of needed services were promptly cared for . Waiting time was minimal and the cost was very reasonable.. All the staff members I met were friendly and helpful. You put most automotive places I have dealt with to shame.

We had a great experience at Toyota of Easley. This is actually our second experience here. The first experience was so good we contacted Antione Hill our previous salesman to help us find another 4 Runner when ours was totaled in an accident. The staff there is so nice and helpful as well as the service department. I would highly recommend that you visit Toyota of Easley I am sure your experience will be as good as ours.

What an experience! I literally bought a 20 year old car sight unseen and am over the moon in how the transaction took place.

I found a car of my dreams and sent emails about its availability and condition.
I was put in contact with Steve Townsend and he was above and beyond what I expected.

First of all, it was the easiest and best experience before even buying the car. I live in Florida and Steve talked to me on the phone while he answered all my questions about its condition.

Price? No haggling what so ever.

Experience at the dealership? Amazing. First of all, Steve met me at the airport and we chatted the entire 30 minute drive. When I arrived I was blown away at the condition of the car. The pics on the website really didn't represent its condition. I remember peeking into the garage and my first impression was that of shock. The paint and wheels were just glowing. Thank you Jerry!

The paperwork portion was the most efficient and quickest I've ever experienced. Thank you Misty!

As I was leaving the dealership I got a call from Steve. I had forgotten and included hardtop stand from the previous (first and only) owner. Great news right? Uh oh, I'm in a Miata already filled to the brim. But wait, in the hot sweaty sun, Steve was able to disassemble the stand and make it fit in the trunk! Oh, and he selfishly gave me a personal spare cigarette lighter plug (20 year old car) so I can charge my phone during my 8 hour drive back to Florida!

Was sweet as well I didnt get payments I wanted but it worked out anyway,but wished I could have gotten my splash guards on back of my wheels. When I take my car to other Toyota dealers for required maintenance, they top off fluid levels. Toyota of Easley didn t. Windshield washer fluid almost empty. Services performed were not checked off in Service manual.

1st class salesmanship from the time we walked in. They took very good care of us and explained everything thoroughly. They even found exactly what we wanted (color & options) and it was here in just a couple days. We were very pleased on the deal we received on our new Highlander - highly recommend James and the entire team @ Toyota of Easley!

Although the vehicle I purchased (2016 Highlander) is a beautiful and well designed vehicle, it is the customer service and the no pressure buying experience that sets Toyota of Easley apart.
