During our experience working with Brian Anderson at Toyota of Easley, all of our expectations were exceeded. Even when we were forthcoming with the fact that it would be some time before we purchased a vehicle, Brian continued to treat us with the utmost respect. There was no negating the fact that we were his top priority, and he offered service with a smile. My family highly recommends Brian Anderson for all of your car buying needs and inquiries. We assure you that he will take care of you. Great service - hands down!

Went by Toyota of Easley and worked with Brian Anderson on a deal for a ,New corolla. These are fantastic cars and Brian was one of those guys that just clicks with people and makes the whole buying experience much more enjoyable! ! The staff there works together as a team and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car or pre owned to visit Toyota of Easley and look up Brian Anderson!

I had been looking for an almost new Limited 4 Run...

I had been looking for an almost new Limited 4 Runner for my wife for a while. I was traveling through Easley, which is about 275 miles from my home, when I saw this 2013 Limited 4 Runner on the lot. I stopped and David Helton met me in the parking lot. I have been in sales most of my life and I felt like David was very friendly and the best and most professional car salesman I ever dealt with. I went back home and thought about it over the weekend and called him on Monday morning and purchased the vehicle over the phone. David made every part of this easy. I would recommend Toyota of Easley to anyone and I would suggest you to ask for David Helton.

I had to have some work done to my truck so i called my local dealer. My Fiancee takes her car to be serviced at Toyota of Easley so we checked with Glen to see what they could do. The work was done well before the estimated time and the level of professionalism was outstanding. Thank you Toyota of Easley for a job well done !! A special thanks to Glen and the rest of the staff. It was well worth the drive for the genuine honesty and family atmosphere,not to mention the fact that they saved me $1100 just by going to Toyota of Easley verses the other people. Thanks again!!

I get my Tundra serviced here regularly for about four years now. Occasionally there may be a problem but the management and staff work quickly to resolve the issue. Everyone displays well above average courtesy and competency. Although it may take longer to complete service on your vehicle when compared to these little oil change franchises, you can be assured that things are done correctly and honestly. If Toyota of Easley finds you are not satisfied, they will take more than adequate measures to ensure that you are.

After a terrible experience at another dealership we traveled to Toyota of Easley, although we live in Greenville. Sales rep Brian Anderson was fantastic, He is honest - which is rare and respectable. He was humorous, and more than accomidating. This was the best experience hands down we have ever had and I will tell everyone I know that Brian Anderson is fantastic, and a very rare find in this industry, If he ever leaves this location we will be sure to follow him.

Horrible. Still sitting here going on 4 hrs just to have tires put on. Everyone that came after me is out the door before me. Should have gone with different customer service rep mine did not even offer shuttle service and treated me as a inconvenience. Maybe I should have brought my sleeping bag.

All of the staff in the service department are fri...

All of the staff in the service department are friendly and helpful. I came in for an oil change and needed new tires, but they never pressured me to purchase on the spot. The tech patiently went over different options and specials with me, then gave me space and time to make a decision. The waiting room is stocked with refreshments and a separate TV with toys in a corner for my kids. My only complaint is that it took longer than expected for an oil change that I had made an appointment for. I could see my vehicle was finished, but the bill was taking a while to get to the cashier. Otherwise, all staff are caring, environment is clean, and prices are reasonable. I'm very pleased and will definitely go back!

Wow! I am so impressed! I just received a follow...

Wow! I am so impressed! I just received a follow up call from Kevin at Toyota of Easley. I took my car in yesterday becuase my engine lights were coming on. He called back to make sure that the problem was solved. I don't think I have ever had someone from a dealership follow up with me. I am a business owner, so I tend to notice all of the little things that make customers feel that they have been served well. When I first arrived, Kevin immediately greeted me with a smile and friendly voice. He directed me to the waiting area and then came in to talk to me when the dignostics were complete. He walked me to the cashier, while he thoroughly explained what had happened to make the lights come on. These little things helped so much. At another local dealership, no one directed me and I was not sure where to go. When my work was completed at the other dealership, they called my name over a loud speaker and, again, I was not sure where to go. It seemed very impersonal and no one seemed pleased to serve me there. At Toyota of Easley, however, I was greeted warmly by everyone I encountered. The follow up call was the icing on the cake! Thanks Kevin and the rest of the team! I will be back!

3 star because the service on my vehicle was great...

3 star because the service on my vehicle was great, but the actual customer service was sub par. I dropped my vehicle off for a recall, oil change, new tires, and tire rotation. Glen was extremely professional and took of me. However, I was called before 5pm and told a ride would pick me up (they provided a shuttle back to my house since my car was there all day). No one came to pick me up, so I called back and the service department was gone for the day. Some manager finally got someone to pick me up and was obviously frustrated when he had to check me out. I'm typically super laid back, but I didn't care for how the manager handled the situation. I would recommend this toyota service shop over others in town, but this isn't the best Toyota dealership I've been to.

Great experience with the Service Department.. Took me right in & not only did they take care of what I had appointment for, they also checked out my tires as the service person saw that the tire light was on. Found two nails & fixed so that kept me from having a flat tire out on the road somewhere. Highly Recommend them for service!! Got me in & out in less than an hour...

Only reason i gave it a 1 is because there is not an option for zero! They dont stand behind they work. Talked with Micheal the service manager after his mechanics caught my wiring harness on fire and melted wires on my Lexus. He is a professional manager and extremely nice person but still wouldnt stand behind thier work. After paying $1,300.00 I still have not been able to drive my lexus. Toyota of Easley might be a good place to buy a vehicle but with my experience it is Not a good place for mechanical work.

Scott Ball was our salesman and he made our experience wonderful. He was so helpful, friendly and easy to talk to it felt like we had known him for years. Everyone we encountered at Toyota of Easley was so professional. My husband had looked at and test drove countless trucks at multiple dealerships from Athens, Gainesville, Atlanta and South Carolina for more than two years, so obviously he was not an easy sell. Their willingness to work hard to get us the deal that we were looking for, and the inventory selection, along with the excellent warranty that came with his Certified 2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 XP made it impossible for him to pass up. We would recommend Scott Ball and Toyota of Easley to anyone.

Scheduled appointment on-line. Check-in was easy. Was told approximately how much time it would take to perform the service. The car was ready within the projected time frame and I was back on the road in about one hour and fifteen minutes. What's not to like.

For many many years Alex has gone above and beyond his job to not only provide expert advice and help but he does it with such great character and genuine care. I am extremely dissatisfied with my service experience at Toyota of Easley. I bought a brand new 2018 Toyota 4Runner back in January. After a certain amount miles I took my car in for it s first maintenance, and it went fine, they told me my car was ready to go. No issue there. But this past Monday I took my car in for it s 2nd maintenance, as the car dashboard was saying that maintenance was required, once again due to the miles. So like two days before my scheduled appointment, I started seeing on my dashboard that one of my tires has low tire pressure; so when I went in for my appointment I told them if they could put air in my tire. Once they were done doing the maintenance on my car, they told me that they had bad news, i needed a new tire! I was in complete shock because like I stated, I ve only had my car for 9 months. I have NEVER heard of someone needed a new tire after only 9 months of having a new tire. The guy then proceeded to telling me that it s because there s a plug on my tire, which is letting out air, and they can t plug it again so therefore I need a new tire. And this hit me as a double shock because when in heck was my tire plugged? If this is only the second time I take my car for maintenance, and i was NEVER told by anyone that a plug was put on one of my tires. None of this made sense to me because that means either they sold me a BRAND NEW care with a USED tire, or my tire was plugged and no one told me. So I m trying to dispute the fact that they re expecting me to buy a brand new tire after 9mths because of a plug I didn t even know I had. They re saying that they have no records of them plugging up my tire, so therefore I have to buy one!! How the heck is it my fault that someone plugged my tire and didn t leave no record of it?!? Now they want me to pay out my OWN pocket for their mistake?! This is the first car I have ever purchased, and it has turned into a complete headache!! I have never been treated this way before. I am in complete awe of the lack of responsibility that this dealership is willing to take!

Most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. Chaz was great. We drove from Charleston to purchase due to unpleasant car salesmen in Charleston area. We would definitely drive 3 hours again to buy our next vehicle from Toyota of Easley. Great customer service. I can't compliment them enough. Highly recommend.

I wasn t going to post anything on here but after my last expierence here I thought I should. I paid right at $90 for an oil change and tire rotation at Toyota of Easley. Come to find out my tires were never rotated ($20 wasted). I know this because of the marks on my tires, who knows if the oil change was actually done bc all they have to do is reset my miledge and stick a sticker on the windshield. I don t trust this place at all. 2 years ago I had a skip in my Tacoma truck and I paid a little over $1000 to get it fixed at Toyota of Easley. Didn t even get it home and had to drive it right back to tell them it was skipping just as bad as before. The service men drove it for themselves and stated they didn t experience the skip. I was so aggravated I googled the problem and took it to a small shop in Pickens and told them what to replace ($300 spent and it fixed it!!) so Toyota of Easley has really irritated me and has taken advantage of me, probably because I am a woman but I m not an idiot. I will change my own oil and rotate my own tires before I take my vehicle back here.

Typical dealership service center. Prices always seem high. Not really satisfied with the used vehicle (a Toyota) I purchased and had two recalls for this service appointment. Time for repair was very close to estimate. Surprised that they don't wash vehicle as a courtesy since other dealerships do. Friendly enough but very busy. Makes me wonder "Why?".

Antoine Hill is the best car salesman in America. He worked hard for us. He came back with a slow YES instead of a fast NO! He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Then he handed us off to JERRY Ashley where he got the rest of the paperwork finalized. Antoine and JERRY even made us feel at home and they didn t pressure us. Franky and Mike made us feel at home with the wiping down the vehicle and making us laugh about the vehicle. I don t think we would have gotten the vehicle at any other car lot on this side of heaven. We pray that God bless all of you 100 million fold.

Schdl an oil change online that included topping off all fluids & tire rotation; outside of oil being changed (which was a given)no other fluids were topped, amid a few other snags including the 2 hr wait,got charged for the tire rotation that was advertised as included. The staff was very friendly especially Christine Martin.I came to this dealership since I ve moved & it s closer to me instead of the Toyota dealership I ve been going to,guess I ll be making the long trek to the other.

Made the appointment online, they gave me a ride and did what we needed done to the truck. (And some i didn t know it needed, they let me know first)
Would be five stars but $20 for a spark plug seems high. Then again, it s a big place with a lot of overhead they ve got to charge. Satisfied with the service.

Once the price negotiation was complete the process went extremely smooth. The price negotiation was a headache. Toyota of Easley had the highest price compared to two other dealerships in the area. After several weeks of going back and forth they eventually lowered the price much closer to the other dealerships, but still did not beat their price. However, the customer service at this dealership was better so I went with them.

I am always skeptical about dealership auto care. (Pricey) But these folks have been upfront about all costs and their customer service has been exceptional. Today. I noticed an engine panel cover was dragging underneath my car. I pulled into the service department and they had me back on the road in 20 minutes, at no charge. Totally made my day!

I was met immediately as I pulled up for my appointment. I was told to expect about 2 hrs. for the work (a recall for software fix). The waiting room had soft drinks and snacks, televisions, and free WiFi. But probably the most unique feature is a lady who was doing people s nails for free. The best thing of all? My car was ready in an hour. Most excellent.

The salesman stan was very nice. He showed me what type i was looking for. And i found one i really liked and he helpef me get it.
Adam the finance managee was really nice too. He helped us get financed. Both was really friendly and patient wirh us. I would recomend them to anyone.
