Water pump failed late Friday night. Car was towed in and keys put in drop box. Glen called me early next morning to confirm the symptoms reported. Work started as we talked. Water pump confirmed as the issue. Glen later called to report progress and estimated time of completion. Said it would be out of the shop that afternoon. Job was completed about 40 minutes early. Glen ensured I was pleased with the results. Pleasant and professional service done on time. The type of service everyone wants but not everyone gets. Nice job folks.
