I am traveling cross country from California in my new 4Runner. I needed my 5000 service while on the road. Making my appt was very easy and the woman who made my appt was very nice. She was knowledgeable and made the process easy and quick. While at the dealership, the waiting area is large and comfortable and they have vending machines if you need a snack or drink. If you chose to leave the waiting area it s no big deal. They text and call letting you know your service is complete. I waited exactly the amount of time they quoted and the gentlemen who helped me were friendly and I felt cared for. This is my first Toyota and I m impressed with the service and dedication I have received from the purchase process to my out of state service! I m confident I will continue to love my 4Runner and the service I have and will receive. Thank you Toyota!
