Been a customer here for over 2 years now. I only go because of proximity to my apartment. What can I say, the service here is lackluster and management needs a serious overhaul. It's like stepping into a government office full of long-faced service advisors. They get the job done though...

I had better service at Toyota Subic Bay, where the service advisors have been far more enthusiastic and helpful.

Oh and I forgot to mention, their number doesn't work sometimes, and if you get through, be prepared for a long wait, only for them to hang up on you. Frustrating Filipino service.

I bought a SUV that is not cheap on a new car, but it is the worst for both new car purchase and after-sales service. As I lost a key, I added a remote control key, when I set the remote control key, the door lock system was broken, and at the end of the phrase I was selling a new model (it is selling from 2016, it is one of the best selling cars in the Philippines But ...) So I do not know how to repair, I told you to ask Japanese Toyota how to do it. I tried to shout at it many times and as a result four months passed and I got something in place to fix it. It is a dealer with Toyota's capital, but in the end it is Philippine quality (lowest). I am very sorry as a Japanese person, witnessing the Toyota brand that is representative in Japan being dealt with badly by local people who do not have a sense of professionalism and sense of responsibility. Mr. Toyota, product thoroughly please! Extremely poor quality of service in general maintenance for. Mainly in speechless.
They dont deserve selling Toyota cars.

Terrible service! I am not staying in the country that's why i asked my sister to do the change oil for me. But when i checked she doesn't even know what did they used, if it's a fully synthetic or what! They didn't even bother to asked! And as far as i know they are showing the empty shell to their clients once everything is done! I don't know if you have a protocols or you are doing it intentionally to cheat on your customers!

Clean, beautiful, professional. Wide range of Toyota cars, services & insurance offered. Parking may be a challenge and reservation is required for prompt services. Their cafeteria is open even to customers & employees. Restroom is clean. Overall, a pleasant experience.

When I got my car after the 1,000 KM change oil service, the windshield has fog, clear indication that the car's AC was used by someone. Front passenger seat is also dirty and protective sticker was removed - clear indication that the car was used inappropriately by the maintenance staff.

If you are ok with the maintenance staff using your car's AC for their personal use, then go to this place.

Jan. 5 - Called to make a service appointment at 12:58pm and was told to call back that they're still on lunch till 1pm.
Please improve your customer service etiquette.

Jan. 6 - 7am. - New entrance to service area. No clear directions to service department and service advisors.
Please relocate your service department receptionist to direct/and answer inquiries from your clients.

Quality of service wise, this place is among the best places for your Toyota (but slightly pricier).

Service advisors are knowledgeable so take advantage by of the opportunity by asking questions.

Schedule your visits through their website. Avoid walk-in in case you hit a busy day.

Overall good experience majority of the time.

*One little tip. their service crew has the tendency of leaving left over oil and/or replacement parts (for proof). If you dont intend to keep them, make sure to ask them to dispose for you.

NEVER again will I buy a car from Toyota Bel Air Makati. Was left to pay my LTO renewal despite 3 years included with the purchase. All due to an administrative mistake made and admitted by Toyota Bel Air, documented and detailed by LTO. To make matters worse, Toyota s managers Ronald, Kristian Pusag, et al. have my driver wasting significant time, while promising me in text messages and emails to take action, but never follow-up. They charge for estimate and quotation. I had my self scheduled for pms a week ago and when I arrived they said I do not have an appointment for the set date. I was initially quoted with all the necessary things I need for the pms when I arrived I was quoted with a different price added miscellaneous And insisted that the agent (same agent that did not set a schedule for my pms) forgot to include the miscellaneous fee.

Whether its servicing my car or paying my insurance i would always go back to this place. And the iroy of it all i didnt purchase my car from this branch! Shoukd have bought it here :)

Worst customer experience - worst Toyota dealer/station ...
- I have written 2 times with their contact form on their website, no response in an entire week!
- Tried to call them, when they took the phone I was transferred and left in the line or hung up!
- Finally this afternoon left work earlier (16:00) to bring my Toyota Fortuner for repair ... thought I should try my luck - guess what: when finally the receptionist showed up, she mentioned that I would have to come back between 9-11am tomorrow, as only than the guy(s) is around who can do the cost estimation ... really? You must be kidding me. I did not want a cost estimation, just a repaired car but the receptionist was very unmotivated to find a solution. Could I leave the car there, no.
- Good customer service definitely would think more from a customer perspective! Can I speak to the manager to tell him about my experience: nope, he is not around.
Well, Toyota Makati - clearly you do not want my business. You do not a great service to this excellent Japanese brand - you should be ashamed of your poor and complicated customer service.
Went afterwards to Toyota Bicutan where the staff was much friendlier.
