They charge for estimate and quotation. I had my self scheduled for pms a week ago and when I arrived they said I do not have an appointment for the set date. I was initially quoted with all the necessary things I need for the pms when I arrived I was quoted with a different price added miscellaneous And insisted that the agent (same agent that did not set a schedule for my pms) forgot to include the miscellaneous fee.
