I bought Toyota Avanza 1.3E A/T last Dec. 2013 after 2 months an agent called me that the plate number is available. I am from Davao so I fly to Manila. When I arrived at Toyota Makati they can't find the plate number so they apologized only. I left Manila without my plate number. I follow up many times and even called Toyota Motor Philippines for help but until now I don't have my plate number. Where shall I complain? This is too much!

Very bad service. I sent my car for repair and they haven't finished the work. It has been over a month now. They said additional documents were needed from the insurance (which were already provided). It's so hard to contact their service center. Even when someone does answer, they will redirect you to people who cannot be reached and not do anything to assist you. I haven't talked to anyone who can actually help me as they will always redirect the call.

Entered the front door, stood around looking at the cars for half hour but no body come to serve us?? (There is staff everywhere, chatting, playing with there mobile phones) when we finally flagged down somebody to help us, we were referred to another staff as they didn't deal with used cars. Waited another half hour before somebody came down to explain the person in charge of that department has gone to lunch!!!! Then we waited an hour before we could speak to the staff in charge of used car to be told the car they advertised on the internet has already been sold but haven't been updated on the internet site!!!!!! Never will you earn my money.

Worst customer service call for applying an internship. No follow-ups, so you better get ahead and remind them. HR cs are not trained to answer calls with politeness as if they want to end the conversation; preparedness to convey message is a flunk as they don t know what to do. With all due respect, I don t recommend any internahips here, never.

I am very disappointed with this dealer and the Sales Rep assigned to me. Ever since I got my Fortuner from them back in November 2, 2017 (invoiced October 30, probably because the Sales Rep was catching up on his October quota... although he was already on vacation before the All Saints Day holiday and did not want to deliver anymore), I never heard from them anymore. No. After-sales. Customer Service. Whatsoever! I had to follow up for my copy of the OR-CR (texted, but no reply, so I had to call up), no reminder whatsoever for PMS schedules, and I had to follow up several times for my LTO plates (texted, but no reply) until it turned out it had been available for quite some time already. They sent it to me yesterday, the same day of my last follow up, via Grab express... charged to my account. 1 star is being too kind..
