NEVER again will I buy a car from Toyota Bel Air Makati. Was left to pay my LTO renewal despite 3 years included with the purchase. All due to an administrative mistake made and admitted by Toyota Bel Air, documented and detailed by LTO. To make matters worse, Toyota s managers Ronald, Kristian Pusag, et al. have my driver wasting significant time, while promising me in text messages and emails to take action, but never follow-up. Truly a company without basic ethics or values; - Least of all, no customer care, responsibility, ownership whatsoever! Regards, Fortuner / UPI693
