Worst customer experience - worst Toyota dealer/station ...
- I have written 2 times with their contact form on their website, no response in an entire week!
- Tried to call them, when they took the phone I was transferred and left in the line or hung up!
- Finally this afternoon left work earlier (16:00) to bring my Toyota Fortuner for repair ... thought I should try my luck - guess what: when finally the receptionist showed up, she mentioned that I would have to come back between 9-11am tomorrow, as only than the guy(s) is around who can do the cost estimation ... really? You must be kidding me. I did not want a cost estimation, just a repaired car but the receptionist was very unmotivated to find a solution. Could I leave the car there, no.
- Good customer service definitely would think more from a customer perspective! Can I speak to the manager to tell him about my experience: nope, he is not around.
Well, Toyota Makati - clearly you do not want my business. You do not a great service to this excellent Japanese brand - you should be ashamed of your poor and complicated customer service.
Went afterwards to Toyota Bicutan where the staff was much friendlier.
