Very evasive when queried about their Lithium batteries. Will not quote immediately, but delay you by asking innumerable and irrelevant questions. Batteries are from China Website with vague information about product - more a concept than real. No technical specs at all. Contact information on the site is a form and address without a telephone number.

We purchased 36 number of lithium ferro phosphate batteries from Coslight india in 2018 march. This was for solar streetlight application in Elanji Gramapanchayath, Ernakulam, Kerala. Coslight agreed to provide 5 year warranty. After installing third month it self, batteries started showing issues. On 11th August 2018, we send fist battery back. On 12 th September, they send back the replacement. Please note at this time, Coslight acceped that the battery is faulty and they haven't mention any thing about the state of the battery they received. On 18 th September 2018, we send another faulty battery via India Post, they received on 26th. On 26 September, 2018 we send two more 90Ah battery back to Costlight via Tracon couriers. After one month's follow up in watsapp, on October 26th they says, they received all the four batteries in bad condition and so they cannot provide replacement. They haven't provided the picture of the battery before opening it. But after one month's follow up they are saying item received in a bad state. Which is hard to believe. It is being more than two months and they are not provided the replacement. They are not even replying the email.
