Toyota Carlsbad is the best!! They are not the closest dealership to me however they ve always given me the best service so I go there anyway. Highly recommend going here.

We bought a used Prius in 2013, and we still love it! Mauricio Tabar was our salesman, and he was very good--polite, low key, knowledgeable. I bring the Prius and our Rav in to Toyota Carlsbad for all their servicing, too, and we are always treated with respect and I feel we are getting good, honest service.

I heartily recommend you visit Toyota Carlsbad if you are looking to lease a new car. I just finalized my second lease with Toyota Carlsbad, and I am completely satisfied. The fleet manager, Duff Joy, personally took care of me. He is a man of integrity and helped me find a great deal that fit my needs. The finance department had a coffee machine that ground fresh Starbucks for me and everyone who walked by had a warm smile. This was a big decision for me and I felt like Toyota Carlsbad treated me well.

I had excellent customer service from David Flagg and team, while purchasing my Honda CR-V 2014! I was offered drinks several times during the process. It was a rainy cold night, so the offer of a hot drink was welcomed. Before leaving, Mr. Flagg kindly got the stuck bin in my PT Cruiser, opened to get my CD's. As I was leaving he mentioned he had turned the heater on and hoped the car would be warm on my drive home.

I received a thank email and a follow up call today. Nice to have such great customer service, while buying my car!

Sales - Not good - Very Disorganized. Before you go, ask yourself "do I have lots of time to waste?" Omar Saab responded to my request with a quote on a higher end model. After straightening that out and quoting the right one, he made an appointment with me via text to see the car. I arrived on time the same day and introduced myself. He asked why I was there. He was busy with another customer, so he asked another salesman to show me the car - only it was not on the lot. After checking with Omar, he found that it was sold previously that day. It would have been nice if they had called or texted me to reschedule on my way or before I drove down from Orange County. However, that would require that they remember making an appointment with me and remember why I was there. I don't know about their Service so I rated it Good. The dealership appearance is not good but I was just there to buy a car.

I contacted Toyota online and got pre approved for a vehicle. I received a call from agent Anthony urias to come in and get my vehicle appraised for trade in. He helped me pick out a car that was in my price range and fit my monthly payment request. The whole process was alot quicker than I had experienced with other car dealers in the past. It was a few hrs before I was driving away in my new car. My agent even babysat my kids while I did all the paperwork. A+ service. I'm so glad I went to this dealer. We purchased a new 2017 Prius V this afternoon at Toyota Carlsbad. We sought out Alex Ordonez the Fleet Manager primarily because this was our second purchase from him and Toyota Carlsbad. Alex is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. Alex went over the numbers with us and created an end dollar amount that fell within our budget. Alex is an outstanding asset for team Toyota. I'm sure we will return again as the automotive technology continues to evolve.

I was assisted by Bob Bamoradi, Fleet Manager, who reached out to me in response to my TrueCar query and quoted an excellent price. My comfort level with the price was backed by TrueCar as well as the fact that it was significantly lower than the price quoted to me by another dealership after five hours of negotiations. When I arrived at Toyota Carlsbad, Mr. Bamoradi was very patient with me and not even once rushed me into making impulsive decisions. I could comfortably sit in his office and do any additional research online if I felt that I needed to do so. I had been looking for a Tacoma for a couple months before I visited this place on Saturday to get one. This was the fourth dealerhip I visited, and it was my last ditch attempt to buy a Tacoma as my previous experiences with other dealerships in the area were so bad that I had to write bad business reviews first time in my lifetime...

I walked in and was greeted by JJ. You can't really fully escape from the sales process, but there were no crappy sales tactics that I had experienced in other dealerships before. JJ iterated multiple times that this was a family owned place and that could indeed be the reason why it was not that bad compared to other dealerships.

Toyota Carlsbad did not have the truck with the color I was looking for in their inventory. JJ instead showed me a fully loaded 2018 model monster that had just rolled off a trailer earlier that day. After a tough negotiation process (which I am surprised to say I enjoyed as well), I decided to purchase the truck. Lastly, I did not have anybody to drive my old car back to my place but JJ graciously offered to drive it back 25 miles on a Saturday night. Now, that's customer service.

If I ever decide to buy a Toyota again, I will not waste my time anywhere else. The only problem is how I am going to take my car to their service department as I live and work thirty minutes away.

One of the worst waits I have ever experienced for a one hour recall. I set up an 8AM appointment on a Saturday and was told that he appointment would be done within an hour. I waited patiently and after an hour asked about my car, they stated that it was in line to be worked on. 3 hours went by and the service adviser said they would take it in soon. They had me wait 6 hours before I received my vehicle back. This was the last time I decided to take my vehicle here. Toyota of Escondido has always treated me fairly without giving me empty promises or giving me a run around.

I had been researching a preowned toyota for about 8 months so I knew the market and my budget. A friend gave me Jeff Curtis name as a referral. I didn't know he was the head of the department. That said, he took my call, my specifications and my budget seriously. He made sure he met with me. I was paired with a Kristine Kaelin. It was a good match. She is a good listener, helpful with my concerns and easygoing. Kristine encouraged a third test drive and that drive made the sale. That car met my needs and handled well. It was a long process as buying a car is. That said, I wasn't just looking to buy a car but a person I could work with and Kristine definitely was that person. My budget had me getting a dependable Corolla but Kristine (and Jeff's) care made me think of coming back in a couple years.
