It was a great experience. I went in with my wife to find a new truck and left that day with one. Sam our sales guy was a pleasure to do business with. I was dreading going into a lot with the worry of being picked apart with questions when I really just wanted to look with the wife. But Sam was great at being patient with us and leaving us time and space to talk alone about the major finacial decision we were about to make. Thank you to the entire team at Toyota carlsbad for working with us and making buying a car one of the easier decision that we've had to make. We drove away feeling fantastic and everyday since has been more enjoyable than the last. Thank you.
