I would absolutely recommend Toyota Carlsbad! Ask for Sam. He was friendly, personable, courteous, not pushy at all, and after days of car hunting he made my experience fun and enjoyable. I don't have the best credit, and recently came out of a difficult situation, so my expectations of being able to buy from a dealership were not very high. But Sam was patient, and got me into EXACTLY the car I wanted! It did not feel like a typical car buying experience, I truly felt like my needs were addressed and I was not being pressured into anything. Sam is awesome!

I am in the service industry so when I say this organization was "over the top" with great service, I know what I am taking about. In every aspect of the process, from research of the right vehicle, financing options, delivery and follow-up... they showed great care. I truly felt cared about. Sam really went above and beyond to help me get the price that worked for me. Not once did I feel like I was dealing with a salesman which I've had bad experiences before and always dread buying a car. This is the third car I've bought from Sam and would not hesitate to buy again or recommend him to a friend. Thankful for all the staff here at Toyota Carlsbad they are just so pleasant to deal with!

My family and I bought a 2012 Camry in October 2012 and the experience was more pleasant than we thought. We were greeted within minutes of arriving. Martin (make sure you ask for him or his assistant, Arianna) was very professional throughout his sales pitch. Never pushy or bossy, I had all my questions answered in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot. I got a reasonable value for my trade-in and they were generous enough to bring my three different colors of Camry's. Would definetly recommend them to my friends and family that are in the market for a Toyota.

I definitely love the people, selection of cars, the prices. I bought 2 cars and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Highly recommend Fleet Manager Duff Joy. This was our first time using the Costco Auto Program. It was a quick and easy process. We had an idea of what we wanted. We test drove the Highlander XLE but after viewing other interior and exterior colors we fell in love with the Highlander SE model. I want to thank Duff for his time and patience with our decision-making and Monica for assistance with navigating through all the features of my new vehicle.

Pretty good customer service. I just have 2 complaints about this place. 1: when I bought my Toyota, they didn t put a new 2018 sticker on the license plate so I kept getting pulled over. Went back and there s nothing they could do about it. 2: (my biggest complaint). When I bought my truck, it was completely de-badged which I did not like. I tried to see if they could have the factory badges put back on the truck after I just spent a large amount of money with them, and they couldn t even do that.

Friendly, helpful service-writers & staff. Great waiting area with free Wi-Fi, free Starbucks coffee & pastries... sometimes there's even a staff member walking around giving out free warm chocolate chip cookies!!

Toyota Carlsbad is Always a great experience. My 3 purchase from them all Camry s. Every employee from service dept, to parts to, sales to financing are very polite and professional

The service always takes at least 2 hours, even for something that's under 15 minutes elsewhere.

Keep getting email spam from "VIP sales", even after repeated unsubscribes.

I have been with BMW, Mercedes and now Toyota. Moved into a minivan with addition of 3rd child. Toyota's all around service is unmatched by anyone else, BMW comes close but their sales personnel are too agressive. Cindy, at Toyota sales has been wonderful, she hepled me drive the family van home, taking the time from her work day.

I've been going to Toyota Carlsbad for 25 plus years, always excellent service from top to bottom. Just bought a new 4 Runner my forth one, a 90, 96, 2003 and now a 2016. Do a lot of dog rescue perfect for that with the roll down back window. Jose and Jason the salesmen did a good job. Steve Guerreo who is my service manager is the best, my wife and I have total confidence in his opinion. He is one of the reason we keep getting our cars serviced there.

This has been the easiest car buying experience for me. Duff Joy worked with me on getting the car and the color I want for the price that was the lowest of all San Diego dealers.

He did what we agreed on. The car was delivered and he called me as soon as it was. I drove with my daughter from San Diego to meet him. We test drove the car. Then we completed the buying process.

Super helpful, great deals, didn t push me to do anything I didn t want too. They just wanted me to have the car of my dreams and make sure it was perfect. Best customer service from everyone in the building as I had so many questions and had been a frequent flier looking at and test driving vehicles. They never once questioned me and it took me 5 months but I finally got the vehicle I have always wanted thanks to everyone at Toyota! Will definitely return in the future when I m ready for another fun, safe, dependable vehicle.

This was the BEST car buying experience I ever had! I barley made it into Toyota Carlsbad, my old car was on it's last leg. My salesman David Flagg and finance manager Robert Hessinger demonstrated excellent customer service. In fact the day after I bought my new car Robert the finance manger called me with good news! A lower APR and 2 years of free oil changes! David is such a gentle but effective salesman, taking away any apprehension I had felt assuming he would be a typical pushy salesman. Great job gentlemen! When your car decides to break down in the most inconvenient time. Toyota Carlsbad is the location one can Uber to or carpool with wise family members. Martin (salesman) and Aaron (finance manager) are the best! Their kindness and care was so reassuring. Many car sales locations are filled with sales sharks. The experience I had with Toyota Carlsbad was incredible and I recommend it to anyone in search for a reliable new/used car and incredible consumer service from humble and down to earth people. Martin was so professional and personable. He truly cared for my needs and found a car that suits my daily life activities. He worked with my budget and did not try to push me into buying something over my limit. Both gentlemen were balancing several clients at once yet spent equal amount of time to get everyone what they needed. I am so happy with my 2016 Toyota Corolla. I loved shopping at Toyota Carlsbad! I had just come in, to look around. The staff quickly approached me to let me know they were there if I had any questions. Then stayed their distance. I love that! I hate feeling pushed into such a large purchase. When I wanted to inquire about a 2014 Tacoma 4x4, Franklin Cooley brought me right to the truck, he told me everything I wanted to know, and it is now parked in my driveway!! I couldn t be more pleased with the entire experience! Thank you so much Franklin, and Toyota Carlsbad!

I had an appointment with Karina De Jesus to check out a pre-owned vehicle. The process was seamless. She was on time to our appointment, very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and was very friendly. First car sales person I have ever dealt with that didn't make me feel pressured. Even though I did not end up making a purchase, I will be buying my next vehicle from Karina.

Does not deserve one star but have to put one star!!!Not very happy with this dealership I was finalizing the deal and as someone went to get gas in the vehicle they dented the whole front fender and said it was already like that .i would have noticed if it was. Anyways I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again.

Basically I enjoyed my visit to Toyota Carlsbad. I purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Rich Dowdy and I am basically stoked! I am going off roading this weekend, can t wait!! See you at Oldsmobile hill!!

I made an eight a.m. appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. The nice service tech told me two hours or less, over two hours later, I am still waiting. I never waited this long at the Galveston, Texas, Toyota dealership.

Immediate response to initial inquiries, addressed concerns and offered alternatives with respectable timing, provided an outstanding offer while incorporating existing corporate offers without my initial awareness and what I appreciated most...got me on the road with signed documents and car operational knowledge within 3 hours. I did leave the dealership feeling positive and happy with my decision!

I did a lot of research before I went into Toyota Carlsbad and knew exactly what I wanted and what I should expect to pay. Everyone there was very helpful and accommodating. They did not have the exact Tacoma that I wanted on location but they went above and beyond were able to get it for me the same day. Everyone that I interacted with was knowledgable and helpful. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase.

Interactions with employees where handled quickly and professionally. I was offered free snacks and drinks. I even got work done while waiting on the free wifi provided.

I checked out Toyota Carlsbad online, and within an hour got a friendly phone call from a representative asking if I wanted to come in. Within an hour I heard back from another sales rep who would be meeting me at a time convenient to me that same day. I went in just planning to take my first look and test drive at a couple of new cars. I ended up buying that day at a great price and with great customer service from Roy Mumma. He was personable, helpful, and got me a great deal for a car I love. I am really grateful for the experience and recommend Toyota Carlsbad.

First time car buyer and I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the service at Toyota Carlsbad!!! I took a train down to that area because I live hours away. Before I even got to the dealership Sharon, a finance manager worked it out to get me an amazing interest rate, even though I have basically NO CREDIT. I took the train down the next day and Duff picked me up RIGHT FROM THE STATION! I spent a couple hours with Duff figuring out what the absolute best fit would be for my budget and needs. We ended up landing on a car that was perfect but a little steeper in price than I could justify. So Duff took it to Dana his sales manager and they worked out a price that I was totally comfortable with. Tracy another finance manager was a rockstar and finished my paperwork and contract super quick. Once the car was picked out...I was in my NEW CAR and on my way home in no time all. I was sooo glad I made the trek down to see Duff and his team. Highly recommended, and when I'm in the market again...I will only buy cars from Toyota Carlsbad. No joke.

I just want to start of by saying I am more than satisfied with the customer service from Toyota Carlsbad, Hillary helped me find the perfect truck and answered as many questions as she could. She was more than patient with negotiations. There was a problem with my bank and the check that I wrote (super embarrassing) but she went above and beyond and drove me all the way to my bank in Oceanside to resolve the problem! Hillary is an outstanding employee at Toyota Carlsbad and a more than positive and highly motivated individual. Toyota Carlsbad is very lucky to have someone like her working there!

My Father was taken advantage of when he purchased a new car there right before he passed. We accepted it and asked them for an offer to re-purchase it. Their offer was ridiculously low. It was thousands less than Carmax, Carvana and several other car buying services. When we asked them to review their offer and told them that we had much better offers they were rude and not at all the "friendly" dealership they claim to be in their commercials.

Jesse Chavez was super easy to deal with and had a no hassle low price. They price matched carvana and other online used car vendors. I unfortunately went all the way up to Temecula to look at some pre owned cars that had no warranty. I decided the Toyota pre owned certified program was the way to go. I also knew I wanted the Rav 4 LXE. So after striking out in Temecula I drove to place down the street from my house. I just assumed the price would be more in Carlsbad. I was totally wrong on that one. I also needed to buy this car for a road trip I was going on that day. I was surprising my family with a new car for the 8 hour drive we had ahead of us. Jesse was quick to get the paper work through and did his best to speed up the process to get me on the road. When I showed up my family was so happy the screamed and jumped up and down. It was an awesome feeling and a great day for my family when it needed the most. Also the trip to the Bay Area was the easiest I ever had. The radar cruise control made the drive a lot more doable.
