Disgusting courier service! Due to their fault, I and my clients lost about 10 orders from Kupi vip in a month. They categorically refuse to postpone delivery to another day, they simply refuse the order. They do not send a delivery message on time, their messages come simplyfactumrm. They themselves disrupt deliveries and talk about it only after a long wait for the courier. Couriers are rude! Dear sellers, think about who you are working with and whether you can save on shipping! Lose clients! For example, both I and my clients are forced to refuse the services of stores that deliver through this company.

This time ALL was canceled !!! plans and trips to get the package !!!!
Bottom line: 2+ weeks of delivery with hassle. Worst work organization that I know!
