At the request to open the goods to check the integrity (the goods were rather fragile), he shakes with a piece of paper with the rule invented by this counter - do not open before transfer. This is what, the delivery service in our own legislative body - well done. Well, God bless them, the courier could not answer anything intelligible except to shake his piece of paper. To the question "Where is the sales receipt?" the courier was completely upset and just turned and left. Gone. Without transferring the goods. Not receiving any signatures. As a result: the order has not been received, and they probably also falsified the signature on my paper, allegedly I signed the refusal. I will understand and seek the dismissal of a negligent courier.
