disgusting delivery. ordered a birthday present. at first they set the delivery date one day earlier than it was indicated when ordering (I was on a business trip and could not meet), so I moved it to the desired day. on that day they called and said that they could not deliver and were postponing the delivery for another 2 days, then they called and said that they were postponing for 3 days. by this time you can already wait for the next birthday.
the call center cannot figure it out, they blatantly lie that the delivery was postponed for 2 days, because the client was not at home. but I sat and waited for delivery that day, as it was established when ordering and confirmed by the call center earlier
