Worst company !!!
Parcel delivery from Moscow to Krasnodar.
In Krasnodar, the courier informed him of his arrival in 20 minutes (nonsense! Apparently we should sit him all day and wait so as not to miss). It turned out that when filling out the order, the recipient and the sender were mixed up. The courier did not bother - he left. A week after we ourselves !!! They called the office to clarify the issue. After another 4 days, the courier again in 20 minutes, and again the confusion with the addressee: the office did not inform its employee. They did not wait for the courier: the package was not delivered again. Another 4 days passed. Again the courier s call, again confusion with the addressee. This time ALL was canceled !!! plans and trips to get the package !!!!
Bottom line: 2+ weeks of delivery with hassle. Worst work organization that I know!
