This dealership has very very poor service skills. From the moment I called my experience Was negative. I was inquiring about a specific vehicle and the sales representative Carina, had this attitude as if I were annoying her with my questions. Long story short they forced me into coming to the dealership and setting up an appointment Because they refused to do business over the phone. I am an emergency medical laboratory scientist that works with covid patients on a daily basis and am trying to have as little contact with people as possible for their safety and mine. I also live over 50 miles away but was told we can make a deal and must come in.
I get there the car was not ready to be shown nobody is wearing a mask and we must wait for them to find the vehicle and pull it around. why did I make an appointment? The sales associate Peter took a call in the middle of our appointment directly in front of us and told us to wait. We took the vehicle for a short drive to come back to the office where our sales rep and another colleague were sitting back congregating In our office. I ended up walking away over a $3000 difference and they lost over a $31,000 sale. We left and on the way home realized they didn t give me back my debit card. I complained to the general manager about service And he responded with fursure with a smirk. That is completely unprofessional. Do not work with this dealership
