I have been a regular customer of Tom Peck Ford for 20 years. I purchased my 2006 Ford Explorer there. I have taken my SUV there for all my oil changes and repairs. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the Quick Lane Service. Steve Murphy is outstanding.Today, November 3, 2018, I brought my 2006 Ford Explorer in for service. Based on the age of the vehicle and what it would cost to repair it, I made a major decision to trade it in and lease a new 2018 Ford Escape. Steve introduced me to Roger Svab. I recognized Roger from 2006 as he was the finance associate I spoke with in 2006. I am very pleased with the great service he provided regarding the lease of the 2018. I met Bogdan (Bugs) today and worked out the financial details. It's dedicated associates like Steve, Roger and "Bugs" the makes me a long service customer. Tom Peck, you are very lucky to have them on your team.
