What is usually good service was not so this time. Having charging/electrical problems with my 2014 Escape and took it to Quick Lane. They checked the battery and charging system and they said both tested good. They even ran some kind of electrical check and found "no resistance". Did not charge me for any of that.
Instead I had to make an appointment with the service department for 3 days later. The service department tested my battery and ran tests and found that my battery was bad as well as the negative battery cable. They were out of stock on the battery cable and I had to wait until the next day to pick up the vehicle. If seems to be working well, but I'm now very skeptical of Quick lane. What should have been easily diagnosed the first day took 4 days to solve. Not a great experience.
