I had reviewed Huntley Ford with 5 stars, but reluctantly have to change my review due to the recent turn of events. I feel my options of getting in contact with this dealership are running out. I had leased an F-150 from them on 9/5/2020. After waiting and waiting for my new account information to show up, nothing. After checking their website to see if my trade in vehicle as listed, nothing. Finally contacted them on 9/23 and was told I had to resign my paperwork. Why did it take ME contacting THEM to have them tell me this? Ok, fine, I resigned the paperwork. I asked when my trade would be paid off then. Was told a check would be sent in a few days. Fast forward to 10/6; trade is STILL not paid off. According to the bank in which my trade's lease is through, a pay off hasn't even been requested by Huntley Ford. I contacted the finance manager again and was told he'd talk to the office manager to see what the problem is and get back to me. It is now the end of the day on 10/8 and received no answers. They are holding my financial integrity in jeopardy. Another payment is due on the trade in a couple of days. I have no interest in making a payment on a vehicle I don't have possession of AND is listed for sale on a car dealerships website. By reading this dealer's bullsh*t responses to reviews, I want my trade in paid off and this matter put to rest for good. I will explore my legal options too. This has gotten unnecessarily complicated. FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!
