Today, we spent a lively afternoon with Roger Svab who showed us the ins & outs of the Ford Edge. Bob Mels, the manager, was helpful and good natured as we worked thru the details of our offer. And Larry, the Finance Mgr, was informative but not high pressure as we talked about the usual offers for warranties, yada yada yada. Roger is very knowledgeable about the tech aspects of the Edge and made us feel comfortable with contacting him in the future with questions. We did not find it high pressured ~ Everyone listened to each other and worked for a compromise. Very enjoyable experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff.
