It's 11am and no one is answering the phone. I just need to renew my Maid's insurance policy, per Singapore government regulation. They should make it easy to do online versus having to call and speak to a machine.
Terrible Customer Service. Please do not take motor insurance from them. Someone made motor claim against me. Even though I refute, TM just sent me a letter one day and say after their investigations they conclude I am in the wrong and already paid the other party, therefore asking me to pay the excess amount. Up till today, no one from TM bother to call me to explain their investigation or send me any report to show why I'm in the wrong. It's as If the other party is their customer. So i refused to pay until someone from their company contact me but who knows they choose to use lawyer letter to threaten me instead and now wanna file claim in court against me, u will think I owe them few thousands! Actually only SGD1000+. Totally ZERO Communication with TM people. Motorists, for your own sake please don't use TM vehicle insurance. They do many tie-up with motor dealers so dealers will push them to u, that's how I got mixed up with them. I have had much better experience with NTUC income.

She sounded so impatient and rose the bloody voice when I repeated the no: 65926100 Now I have NO CONFIDENCE IN TOKIO MARINE INSURANCE SERVICE. LUCKILY I M NOT THEIR CUSTOMER IF NOT KEEP PAYING AND GOT TREATED LIKE DUST. THIS OPERATOR SHOULD BE SACKED
still wondering is this a insurance company or not? call in few time by different timing , no one answered, sent in email at least 2 time, also no replied; call in again, finally got people to answered , asked me to go down personally, but once i went down to the building at 9 floor which indicated in the website, the only girl asked me to go 7th floor, but the other girl at 7th floor told me that , there is no insurance agent can help to do the insurance, and must left my contact and wait them to contact me ( that is totally different from the answer through the phone, what they told me was just went down and take 1.5 hr to complete the policy purchase on the spot), wasted so many time and parking fee ,in the end do nothing , how can i have confident with your company and insured with you. some more, few days gone, there is no one to contact me also.
If you're visiting first time or have an appointment, do come early, pass exchange is slow and details take awhile to key in at the security for each person.
