Awful customer service. Their phone system is atrocious, and their customer service representatives are draconian. They may make buying tickets easy, but good luck trying to get support after the fact. I suggest you find an alternative ticket provider if you want to have a good experience.

I wish I could give zero stars. Their website is horrible, there is no flexibility... I purchased tickets to a show that was postponed to my due date and wanted to change my ticket preference to print them out for my mom to go. She's not tech saavy at all and getting her to access them electronically was not going to happen. I couldn't log out of the mobile web to be able to log into a desktop version that she could access. I tried the chat to get help, waited 10min for "Jessica" to accept it only to close the session with no acknowledgement at all. I hate this company. Never is it permissible to charge what they charge for jack cheese. This is such a racket. I hope you guys go down in flames.

My company sponsored event was a travesty because none of the tickets purchased through this service were honored. Should rename the company Ticket Hamsters because they must be managed by a bunch of stupid gerbils
I hate Ticketmaster. They help the scalpers (who work for Ticketmaster) buy up all the seats. Then you're left with terrible seats or having to buy at 500% markup. Thrity Seconds to Mars was 15 seconds into their presale and already the only tickets were lawn seats. Sadly no bands will stand up to them and take care of the fans.
How is this company still in busines!?!? I buy my UFC tickets, paid their ridiculous fee increase, and they tell me my tickets were returned! WTH. I work from home all day, and I get mail in my name every day, so my address could not be tge ossue! No tickets ever came to my house--and yes my address info on My Account is correct!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They would not refund my tickets even in the 72 hour refund window. Their phone lines are always busy on purpose so they cannot refund your tickets.

Ticket master refuses to refund or credit our $900 for cancelled concert. Instead they offered us to sell the tickets, as we are a dealer. We are not! We were in town with family and bought 8 tickets to the Andre Rieu concert in Phoenix. Two days later it was postponed by 11 months. My family already left town and we will not be back anytime soon as we moved from Phoenix. Please refund our hard worked for money.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I was logged in for 2 hours, sat in the Q for 20 minutes, finally got in to pick my seats only to be told that they couldn't process my request because I was using a desktop computer. It made me logout then I switched to a mobile device and ticketmaster would not let me rejoin the Q saying I was already "in line". I wasn't because I had to log out of my desktop computer. There's a special place in hell for Ticketmaster.
The day before the show I had bought tickets for(Cirque De Suile),I checked my email tickets to figure out parking and, to my shock, my tickets were for a show on a day that had already passed,not the date I selected. After calling to correct I was informed I would have to submit a refund request and wait several weeks. By this time no reasonabley priced tickets were available so me and my family had to miss out even though they had been so excited. My refund was denied because "the promoter didn't want to lose money" quote from customer service.....well neither did I or my family to miss out and you did my wrong on both.....NEVER USE TICKETMASTER!!!!!!! SCAM!!!! SELFISH RICH PROMOTORS TAKE ADVANTAGE!!!!
This is not a Ticket Sales location. This is a technology office. There is not a store located here and it does not have business hours.

I paid about $200 for two tickets, and whaddyaknow??? 3-day priotity and they're over a week late. Never using them again. Would not recommend.
Ticketmaster is a nightmare to deal with. The phone number listed for them is a disconnected number. The one number that does work sends you to a ridiculous automated system that bounces you around like a ping pong ball. I will never use these clowns for tickets again plus you overpay for whatever they sell. With the amount of money they make they should have a live person actually answer the phone. Overall customer service is abysmal.
I wish ticketmaster actually cared about their customers. They have the worst customer service, and don't seem to be doing anything about it. C'mon guys, it's 2018...Get with the times!

I feel even worse after this whole ticket voucher debacle. I spent hours last night trying to get tickets to a decent show with my voucher to no avail.
Exorbitant fees for "service", no service given. After they double charged me I called and emailed twice, finally got a terse "no refunds" email two days later. Horrible!! Had to file a complaint with my credit card.
the event was cancelled event and rescheduled it. No refund! it is too bad. The audience purchased the tickets...They can not prove the service they paid for it on time.....No refund!
Poor customer service. This was my first time purchasing and it will be my last. I used this service for what I thought was convenience and it turned out to be more of a headache. I'll be reporting my issues to the BBB....
Terrible customer service. I wish there was a way to give no stars!! I Bought two tickets for mat Franco which they were supposed to send me by mail. I was told my tickets would arrive before the event. To this day I still haven't gotten my tickets. The event has come and passed and they will not refund the $100 I spent on tickets I never received. Terrible company.

When we arrived to event we went straight to a representative and asked about our seats we provided her our tickets and followed her to our seats... 30 min later we found where the actual seats where supposed to be which was about 5-6 seats away from stage. Pretty terrible feeling having other people seat what you have paid for
Beware I was ripped off from this site! When I purchased tickets the event said for all ages. Plus I had purchased seats. When I printed the tickets the event changed to 21+ and standing room only. My daughter couldn't go to the event (who we had bought a ticket for) plus we had to stand for the show. I will not be using ticketmaster again.

You are better off simply purchasing tickets from the venue box office. Purchased tickets through the website, but was never emailed the actual tickets to print. Tried their Chat customer service, was on hold for about 10 minutes and was told printing emails at home is not an option for this venue and that they will send tickets to stadium will call window. Next morning I called the stadium will call window and there were no records of my tickets. Called Ticket Master back, and was on hold for over 25 minutes before speaking with a rep, who was finally able to email me my tickets. In the end well over one hour of time wasted just to receive tickets I had paid for.
