@Tognotti's there is "everything" you need for the automobile. Insidenout. I was quoted the wrong price. So I went there on the strength of the quote. Come to find a out the quote was "per peice" ... just an epic fail ... #buyerBware

Love this place and have spent a lot of money here. But when I have to take my 4 year old nephew across the very busy intersection to use the restroom is somewhat irritating. Personally they should be more accommodating, I ended up leaving after and not making the purchases I had already picked out.

What an amazing selection of aftermarket and performance parts for all types of vehicles. Fluids, exhuast, wheels, and tires are only a small part of what Tognotti's has available for purchase everyday!

I went on a search for Energy Suspension Motor Mounts for my 2001 Honda Civic 1.7L VTec and unfortunately they didnt carry them, but had a great talk with Caballero, such a great help and a great personality, i'd recommend this place to others with parts in mind they'd love to put on their cars, may go back soon to order a header and exhaust system, 5/5 for this place. :)

I called Saturday to see if they could fill my Nos bottle it's 11 am And I spoke with Marcos he go's to speak to the guy who fills them and he said come on up and i asked are you sure because i'm coming from Modesto he said yes no problem i have six mother bottles. So i get there by 1 and I'm at the counter and Marcos the guy i spoke to is trying to tell me that there is a 90% chance they will not be able to fill it . I asked to speak to the manager, Shawn the GM comes out and very disrespectfully tells me this is the way it is where else are you going to get it. You could see it on that the Marcos was surprised on his attitude it was unbelievable how this guy was being. So he changes he's mind and tells me he won't fill it. If you see this, this is the second review like this. I think these guy are playing Games with people.

This place advertises tires get one free is a lie.They cheated me.

As an experienced salesperson in both retail and service, I have to say that my experience was not exceptional with their customer service. They do not greet the customers to acknowledge their arrival and do not make eye contact. Twice I have waited there to be helped and they didn't say anything until they were ready to help me. I felt ignored and a bother to the counter guys once I was being attended. They could help the customer feel more welcomed and appreciated, I mean, what is a business without its customers? They can improve on that to help the customers experience.

Also, they have such a large parking lot that is rarely if ever at capacity. They rent spaces out to people so they can sell their cars and charge a premium for its use. I believe they should lower the price of what they charge for that unless their revenue is just not where it needs to be.

As a customer I have never asked for lower prices on their parts, but it would be a nice perk to give back to the customers by letting them sell their vehicles for a much more reasonable price. Especially if they're parking lot is always in abundance for parking.

On the brighter side, their store is neat and tidy, they always have what I need and the cashier is always nice. Thank you for your years of offering parts to the community. You are appreciated.

Awesome customer service. Special ordered my parts and called me promptly when they arrived. Previously bought a battery from them and not only did they help me with tools, they gave me a no hassle replacement when we discovered it had a bad cell. Will go there for my auto needs every time.

There are not many places left like this. This isn't the place you come to buy a kit to do your first oil change. This a place geared toward hot rod and race enthusiasts. This where you actually can get pre built aluminum heads without buying unseen online

This place has gone downhill. Best place to find swap meet cheap chrome parts. The website is a joke. Looking for seats? Get ready to look through 20k listings for things including air filters. Tried searching for sparco and got a Grant quick release steering wheel coupler. Maybe my standards are too high for a place owned by a toothless spic. To the owner, please sell this place to someone else. To those who say this place is like a mini summit in town. Obviously you have never been to summit. The two do not compare.

Tognotti's has a comprehensive inventory of automotive and speed parts. For the most part, the counter staff is knowledgeable and generally helpful. Tognotti's is the only store in the region where you can walk out with some specialized product but you will pay top dollar for it.

You can find the parts no one else will have in stock in the Sacramento area.

Had a return; was made to produce my picture ID twice, queried twice as to my reason for the return...but the "kicker" was the young woman at the front counter (checkout), when I asked "What's next" after he checked my credentials, and she directed me to the Parts Counter, her comment was "You know that." I checked and the last time (and only other time) that I had a return to this store was June of 2016. I can;t recall what I had for lunch yesterday, let alone what the Return Procedure is at Tognotti's. Yet another reason that Amazon/Internet Shopping is killing businesses like this. They are just too "backwards". "That's the way we've always done it, so it must be right." No, folks, it's not right. My prediction is that you'll be out of business within five years, treating people like that.

The only auto parts store around that has everything you need in stock.

Absolutely horrible. I drove two hours one way for a couple of items that "were" there. Once I arrived non of the items were available. All the counter guy would say is our website isn't accurate. So who invintories the store? More than likely no one. And speaking of the counter guys it seems like they all have an attitude, they act as if they dont see you there waiting to order parts. They must have forgotten how they get paid. This place has fallen far from grace.

I MUST SAY I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY VISIT AT TOGNOTTI'S TODAY. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HANDS ON WITH ASSISTING TO HELP FINDIND THE PARTS THAT I NEEDED. HUGE SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM. I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF, I WENT IN FOR ONE ITEM AND LEFT WITH WAY MORE THAN I CAME FOR!! MAJOR PLUS FOR THIS STORE DUE TO THE FACT IF THE STORE DOES NOT CARRY A PART THAT YOU NEED THE SALES COUNTER WILL MAKE SURE THEY FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET IT FOR YOU. Great place to get parts but shop around sometimes they are higher priced than other businesses that are nearby.

the walmart of car parts in a sense. the prices are decent on some items and high on others. this is the most well stocked parts place within a 2 hour drive in any direction of its location. sure you can order it online, they meet online pricing and may have it onhand.

It was a great stop for me. Like stepping back in time , going to the speed shops in San Jose. Great selection, good and helpful staff. Probably get better price on line shopping, but they have it right there , right now.! Worth it to me. I'll be leaving more money there im certain of that.

The Girl at the register very unhappy no plessety no greeting when coming in or after sale as this place is dead you would think they would show some happy in there entrance only one at the back counter even said hi there wear at least 7 working. Good luck

Not a bad place to go, does have a large inventory and prices are reasonable.

First time customer. Love at first sight. Splendiferous selection. Amazing prices. Knowledgeable staff. If you want/need after market parts, this should definitely be your 1st stop. Found things here that I never knew existed for cars, before.

When in to get some new valve covers for My Boss Hoss and was immediately greeted by a knowledgeable staff who seemed to know what the hell they were talking about

This is just an amazing parts place the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Even if they don't have what you need they can tell you where to get it.

I bought the weathertech floor mats for my 2013 Silverado and they were affordable in stock and easy to install and the over the counter suggested them over another generic brand I was going to originally buy.

Can get whatever you need for your ride here. 7 days a week, very knowledgeable counter staff, and friendly check out girls. If you are looking for custom or aftermarket parts then this is the place in town for your needs and has been for many years.

Slow service at parts counter. Needs more variety of exhaust tips, wheels and tires and accessories.

worst return policy ever take a number at the parts counter stand in line see parts person, get a paper go to the front cashier and finally get out there, everyone treats you like poop

They had exactly what I needed and were very friendly.

I wish I could give them 5 stars, but I just can't. They are one of the last speed shops around, but the service isn't always great and they just don't seem to focus on hot rodding as strong as they should. Why do they sell ammo? Still, if you need common speed parts, they will probably have it in stock. Sometimes you don't want to wait. On expensive items, I will at least give them a chance to meet online prices, just to keep them here.

Too many toys!! Could spend a lot of money. It's nice to go to a traditional hotrod parts house.

I have gone to Tognotties since shopping performance parts with my dad in the early 80's. If you want the very best in high performance, you don't need to stop anywhere else. If you want you can build a drag car completely within their store.

I haven't had any issues with this place that some other people have had. The cashier isn't the most friendly but also isn't completely rude. They have a huge selection of everything and I personally get AMSoil from here since they have it all for around AMSOIL direct MSRP price. No Complaints from me.

If you have a classic car that you are restoring this is the store for you. Alot of parts onsite and if they don't have it they will order it for you. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

READ the comments its clear people say that when you order something service is subpar but you can't exclude that what they have on stock is excellent.
