As an experienced salesperson in both retail and service, I have to say that my experience was not exceptional with their customer service. They do not greet the customers to acknowledge their arrival and do not make eye contact. Twice I have waited there to be helped and they didn't say anything until they were ready to help me. I felt ignored and a bother to the counter guys once I was being attended. They could help the customer feel more welcomed and appreciated, I mean, what is a business without its customers? They can improve on that to help the customers experience.

Also, they have such a large parking lot that is rarely if ever at capacity. They rent spaces out to people so they can sell their cars and charge a premium for its use. I believe they should lower the price of what they charge for that unless their revenue is just not where it needs to be.

As a customer I have never asked for lower prices on their parts, but it would be a nice perk to give back to the customers by letting them sell their vehicles for a much more reasonable price. Especially if they're parking lot is always in abundance for parking.

On the brighter side, their store is neat and tidy, they always have what I need and the cashier is always nice. Thank you for your years of offering parts to the community. You are appreciated.
