Mike and Steve were pleasant, personable, professional and efficient and when I explained my needs to them, accepted the challenge and gave me a very quick car buying process. I bought a car I love with no pressure an received great friendly service while I was there with my family. We are definitely pleased and will always refer our friends and family here.

The car I bought from Masood was in excellent condition for the price I would never get anywhere. He took care of all the paperwork with dmv registration and full tank of gas. Very happy great job guys.

If I could give this place 100 STARS.... I would! First off I'd like to say that I have not yet purchased a vehicle from these fine group of guys but I was very, very, VERY impressed... So impressed that I am taking the time to write this review and help solidify the reputation they already have! One of the 6 guys there who helped me was Mr. Pardais... Which he goes by "P", he is the most professional salesman I have ever met in my 40 years of buying cars. In the past I have always had a slick, fast talking, too much cologne wearing 'salesman' that pretend to care about you and only have their commissions on thier mind. NOT "P"! He has a ton of knowledge about the cars they have in inventory, all from his memory! Not even 1 time did he google search the answers to my questions or did he have to ask anyone else. A few times I asked him questions that I have asked other salesman and usually they answer "i dont know but i will find out" or they search for the answer on thier cell phone. Again Mr. "P" never did either of those typical things! I drove a couple of cars and normally salesman get frustrated, Not "P"... I can go on and on about my experiance. "P" is 2nd to NONE! North State Auto is 2nd to NO ONE! They are the GREATEST and BEST dealership to purchase any make/model car from! The owners/management really have a 1 of a kind person respresenting them, Mr. Pardais "P" Azad! I will be buying my next car from him and him only. Thank you Mr. "P"! Keep up the great work! You are a true master of your craft!

North State Auto is a great local dealer with an amazing inventory. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They're also pretty conveniently located. If you're in the market, I would definitely recommend you visit them. Their quality of cars at the price they offer it is very unique.

They are very deceptive at this Dealership. They are very friendly, approving and convincing bunch when you are purchasing the car. but as soon as you take it off of their lot they don't care about you any more. I bought 740I from them and it has been in the shop more then it has been on the road. Several things was wrong with the car with in the week of me buying it. Also when they sold me their warranty trough CNA National , I was told and convinced that it covers everything that I could think of which was not the case. So far I spend $1200 out of my packet to get this car fixed and warranty paid about $8900. I bought the car for $25,500.00 which seemed like a reasonable price, but now I know why. I will not buy from this place again, and would recommend you to walk away too.

They spin mileage back on the cars and if it isnt sold with in a time period it gets transferred to marin imports for even cheaper not a honest place to buy a car from

Drove from Sacramento to look at a BMW. Ended up buying it. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Been almost 3 months now and the car is running strong however a hose busted on the cooling system on the way to work one morning. I gave them a call and spoke to Chris who took care of me. The car was fixed within a few hours! If your shopping for a car I would highly recommend stopping by and talking to them! I will be back when it's time to trade my car in!

I purchased a Tesla from out of state. All the sales people, management, and business office personnel have been great to work with. One minor issue was resolved after the sale. I would buy a car from them again. Professional, trustworthy, friendly and they have some good cars!

It was GREAT,!!! as a first time buyer they took their time with me, answered all my ridiculous questions, lol and came with a car that what suitable for my budget and needs.

They re nice but my car was given to me with an almost completely empty tank (an estimated 56 miles) and one of the arms that hands you your seatbelt is broken and makes a horrible noise every time the passenger door is open. I ve gotten used to it but it s still unprofessional to sell a car like that without informing the buyer. It was the worst noise in the world when I wasn t used to it yet.

Omid and Regina treated me very well. Honest and very fair. (I know, a used car dealer!) They treated me better than the manufacturers dealership. I will be recommending them to anyone who wants a nice high end used car.

Unreturned phone calls, misinformation in response to email inquiries, bad attitude towards a customer. I didn t buy from North State and glad to have missed the opportunity.

This is one of the best dealers in the area for used high-end cars. The staff is knowledgeable but not pushy, and perfectly play the line between being helpful but unobtrusive. I m looking at a few dealerships at the moment but will almost certainly end up making my purchase here.

As soon as my mother and I walked in we were greeted with big smiles and our choice in beverage :) My mom just purchased a vehicle today. Porsche Panamera, great deal! The car is in great shape and if we had any problems with it they promised to take care of them. They stood behind their word and did the best they could to meet our needs. We felt like family! 10/10 recommend, if you re stuck between any dealerships this is the one to choose!!!

First of all the only reason I am giving a 1 star is because they sold the car when we were finalizing the sale. From the start Chris was being very helpful and informative but our bank approval took a couple days. We finally got an approval Tuesday afternoon. I gave him a call today to email the contract and we can be there to sign Thursday afternoon. I received a text message saying they sold the car. Basically, wasted my time. We only did this situation over the phone because we are coming from Stockton. 1 hour and 15 min away. I do not recommend this dealership after this situation. Very unprofessional. So I recommend not making any purchases over the phone. It is not fair to people who have paperwork sitting at their desk and someone comes along and buys.
