Great selection and they can order most anything for you. I was disappointed they couldn't ship to my house and I had to make a second trip to the store to pick up my order. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

These guys are great!! My Mech forgot to put my EO code decal sticker on my intake like an idiot and now can not find it ! I call the boys up at Tognotti's and they are more then helpful.They explained to me step by the step the actions I needed to take to resolve the matter. I wasn't able to come in and get my receipt for proof of purchase so they faxed it to me.THANKS GUYS!

Use to like this place. Better update your online inventory and products before you become non existent. Cant find anything herr anymore.

Love the people that works there. Most of all the thunder cafe one of the manger I'm sow in love with name Matthew. Very hot she looks and his personality is the best.

If you have a Chevy or ford v8, you can get motor parts. if you have a Camaro, mustang or pickup, you can get chassis parts. If you have ANYTHING else, your SOL. 90% of the time I walk out empty handed. They do have a lot of universal things like paints wraps exhaust and piping which is usually what I get from them. I'm drawn to a showroom full of go fast parts like a moth to a flame, but they just never have what I'm looking for.

Prices reasonable, nice to see quality stuff locally, but the inventory doesn't turn over very well, they need some help with merchandising or something. If the package has yellowed or print on the box is faded, it's been there too long. Flush it out for a few bucks and re-start with stuff people need. I was going to grab a k&n air filter, but their reference book only went through 2007? I have a 2017, looks like Amazon will need to meet that requirement.

Absolutely hate going to this place rudest personal in the business I'll spend my money at American past times or some place like that around sac before I go back there not to mention they over price and refuse to price match like they advertise

My magnetic strip is worn out on my credit card
My credit card is matching my state id, but they could not run my credit card manually and the store manager completely ignored me and did not even come out to talk to me.
Staff is very rude and not properly trained.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff!! Alex made my visits enjoyable as he helped me with all the parts we needed for our engine rebuild.

If you need anything related to auto care or for your high performance car these guys have it. Hard to believe a store like this is still around !

Came and bought car wax and the price was reasonable in stock and easy to find and the check out receptionist was nice and courteous

Website is foobard, either hacked or someone doesn't know what they're doing but it trys to set cookies then redirects you to a different site...
So I can't use their website to check anything so I call, the call is answered with can you hold and after 15m of holding they hang up on me.

Friendly group and had exactly what I was looking for.

Every time I come in here I seem to get the rudest person at the parts counter. They act as if I'm cutting into their day or my problem is to small for them to deal with. As far I'm concerned as long as they keep treating their customers like this summit will always remain open. I know I would rather wait the two days.

It could be so much better but at least the people who work there are knowledgeable and want to help you with minimal judgement... they have a lot of items that your typical parts store wouldn't have but take it from me if they don't have what you are looking for more than likely they can point you in the right direction...

Have seen this establishment before, decided to give it a try for a relatively uncomplicated part request. I don t write a lot of bad reviews but my experience here was bar none the worst parts store experience I ve had in awhile, mind you I am a career mechanic, dealing with parts distributors on a daily bases. I entered the facility to be greeted by two women just chatting with each other who appeared interrupted in frustration and reluctant to greet me. Then I directed myself to the parts counter. Where I walked up to, no line, not even being acknowledged by the parts men directly in front of me, not even a glance. One of them directed me from way Down on the other end of the counter. I proceeded to explain the part I was looking for even brought an example (a exhaust manifold French lock). The parts consultant proceeded to say he definitely has nothing of that kind, needs exact size and dimensions to order it. I then asked what kinds of fasteners like lock washers they may have that I could substitute for a solution. he explained that they don t carry any sort of fasteners and would need to get exact measurements and order from manufacturer. I was stunned that they didn t carry any sort of lock washers or fasteners for a 3/8ths stud application according to this consultant. I then decided to explore the location and discover if it s possible to find it myself. Behold I did find that they carry fasteners in multiple locations that I could use. Decided against buying them and took my business elsewhere. This facility could be cool they carry a lot of hot rod type stuff that you hardly find in your average parts stores but with an experience like this I wouldn t be surprised if internet distributors like summit racing causing places like this to deteriorate. A lot of folks would rather support local businesses, like myself but I m this case they lost my business now and in the future.

If you're a car guy anywhere near this place you must stop in. AWESOME.

I was shopping for a fairly simple exhaust tip for my twin turbo 3.5L NSX, while they did not have what I was looking for or a catalog to order from, the staff was extremely friendly and recommended another muffler shop who could better assist. Thanks guys.

We haven't been in their years and it was just as needed we were there in a long time ago we bought a few things it was fun reminiscing

Horrible customer service. Very rude. I called to have a nitrous bottle filled, they told me they were too busy, come back the next day. Drove over an hour the next day. They told me as soon as I walked in the door, that they dont fill bottles on Sundays. After speaking with the manager, they agreed to fill the bottle. Waited around for an hour and 45 minutes, for them to say, sorry we could only get it half way full! Never going back!

The guys who run the parts counter must get yahoos coming in and pestering them about parts they never buy or something cuz they act like they are better than anybody less knowledgeable than they are when it comes to mechanical trivia. Come down off your high horse and you might actually make a sale. Oh and thier website is lame too.

The back counter was very busy with no customers in store. With the virus i expected instore calls are the meat of the business.

Wanted to support our local business. On hold forever. When they finally pick up Have you been helped? No. Ok what s up? Seriously??? asked a couple technical questions. They were totally inept. Got a quote, I pointed out Summit was cheaper. They said We ll match mail order. Seriously again??? Who says mail order anymore? There is this thing called the internet people buy on now idiots, a huge res flag to me. Talk about dangerously old fashioned! They gave me the same price as Summit, but then wanted to charge me tax and a ton of shipping! I m okay with paying a little more, but $50 shipping and tax on $600 is huge!

Sorry boys, you re just living in 1978 still and it s time to retire. The industry has changed and it s long since been over for this way of doing business.

Shop online! Skip this run down dump with ex Wal Mart employees! The place looks god awful too. Needed a 4WD to get through the crumbling parking lot and the building is disgusting inside and out.

I called them today 25 minutes before they closed trying to find a part for an emergency repair and was left on hold till they closed. I would not recommend them to anyone

Had a great day at Tognotti's today. The parts guy Dave was very helpful and very knowledgeable of what I needed to get my small block 350 pumped up. Had not been in a parts store like this in a long time. Will definitely be back.
