Shocking experience. I had all the information and apparently I had booked an appointment with 12 other people? The unprofessional receptionist then went on telling me who the people were. I tried telling them that why would I book an appointment with people I don't know. What was humourous was that the receptionist then proceded to tell me that the passport number was wrong despite me literally copying my information into the booking appointment website. The receptionist was rude and was sarcastic the entire time. Not only that but I feel like he was particular rude to my family as we are Chinese. Multiple times, the guy mocked our understanding of English despite it being clear that we established the fact that I was capable. I went on a 6 hour journey just to go to a centre which refused me in because an appointment error that THEY MADE, yet they blamed us. We then asked for more information on how to deal with it and they refused to give to us. The TLS is just abusing the fact that some people pay for their appointment beforehand and then just turn them away. TOP TIP: DO NOT PREPAY FOR THE APPOINTMENT. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionist. The guard was actually the only person who was professional. Understanding the fact we've travelled hundreds of miles just to prepare for our holiday. Now what are we left to do? I do not have any other time than today so that means I'll have to cancel my holiday plans. Truly disgusting. They just act rude because they know that's the only place you can apply for schegen, through their company.
