I had a terrible experience with TLS
website is very difficult to deal with
Location was very difficult to reach and had to walk a lot, first time I arrived late and I had to get another appointment
trying to call the call center with very painful, very limited period to call, very long wait, and my request was not approved
the next time I came the was a mistake in my application due to the difficulty in dealing with website
I tried to explain but the employee did not listen and dealt with me with arrogance and I was kicked out however the problem was from the call center not mine
I had to get a new appointment which meant that my flight would be missed and I lost the money used for booking and had to book another flight
next time I came earlier, I had to stay long wait in the cold under the rain and bird dirt
there is no appropriate waiting area outside or even a shelf to handle or prepare my papers
the queue inside is very long and slow
I think you have a serious problem with staff shortage
privacy sucks, it is too crowded and everyone in the queue can listen properly all the questions I had to answer regarding my nationality, trip, and the problem I had. even the screen of the x ray to scan the bags is directed to out side so every one in the queue can see the contents of the bags being scanned
some of the employee had bad English I hardly could understand
last thing I asked to get in a toilet, I was told to finish my paper processing first because the system doesn't allow time in between stations, after that I found my self through a passage to outside, I asked to enter again to go to the toilet and I was stopped from re entry

literally I hate this place
