The crew was very receptive to our concerns. We needed the conduit run under our paver sidewalk to our electric pedestal. This required the crew to put in a new free standing pedestal adjacent to the existing. They did a very good job and the finished product looks great. Also painted the conduit coming down the wall to match with our touchup paint. Very happy with end result.

From the initial consultation through installation, Titan Solar Power was there with me all the way. With all of the charlatans out there, it s great to see that one of the original organizations is still not just around but thriving. Kudos to you Titan Solar Power! I highly recommend!

The guys we re here bright and early and worked until the afternoon to get it done with no issues, even in the 100+ degree heat. Great customer service and very communicative. Highly recommend!

We are not happy with the customer service we have received. Titan was suppose to be here Monday to finish the final panel on the wall and have it inspected by the city. They never called, never even saw them stop by on our ring. When I finally got through to their customer service, I was told they found out there was a breaker size issue. I dont know how they found this out since they never stopped by.

I have been trying to contact them to find out when they were coming back out to finish and I cannot get a hold of anyone. I left messages with no response. Very disappointing.

I m going to update my review. I had issues, but since reviewing Titan, they did come out and correct the issue. Had to google review though to get a response. The panels are working correctly, and it seems no more issues. This last individual that came out listened to my concerns and what I was experiencing. Need more like him, just can t remember his name.

Panels worked great first 2 months. Now, they turn off randomly. Have had service guy come out, no help. Still doesn t work. My battery pulls from the grid, not from the panels. Was told someone would be out one day, they didn t show up, no call to tell me. Have reached out to them multiple times with screen shots of my system not working right. Might have to take more measures to get this corrected.

1 year later, I have spent the last 2 months fighting with Solar Edge and Titan on getting things fixed. Ive lost almost half of my production, while paying for these. When looking into an installer, make sure they dont use Solar Edge.

The installation was quick and problem free. They showed up at 0530 and we're done by early afternoon. They cleaned everything up and explained how the system works.

Titan solar is an amazing company to deal with. They made everything easy right from the phone call, the sales person to the installation of the solar panels.
I had two questions one at 7:30 pm and one on a Saturday morning. Both questions were answered within 10 minutes from job coordinator Mindy their customer service is excellent and efficient.

Project Leader was extremely informative and the group of individual workers were very professional and helpful!! Fantastic company to do your work!!!

My solar panels was expertly installed and the system was up and running January of this year. My rep with Helios, Paul Cruz, seemed to be a very honest person. We had a chance to choose between leasing and buying since we lived on a golf course. He assured my wife and I there would be no breakage problem. A month ago 1 panel was broken by a golfball and now we wish we had leased. It will cost us $280 to replace. No response from Paul. Lesson learned the hard way!

My husband noticed that our panels were producing only 1/2 the power on a gorgeous sunny day. After calling Titan Solar Power, I was fortunate to have Ashlee answer my call. Not only was she extremely understanding, she went over and above to make sure that we did not have to wait 15 business days and another several weeks to have our inverter replaced. She spoke with James and together they arranged for our inverter to be replaced the very next day!!! I can't say enough for the amazing service. The men arrived when I expected them, were efficient and completed the installation very quickly. All I can say is that James Wadsworth and the guys at Titan Solar did a fantastic job installing and even explained everything so we finally feel like we made the right decision to invest in Solar power. If anyone decides to get solar power Go With Titan Solar! They are the best!

Our experience with Titan Solar was amazing. The gentlemen were professional, explained what they were going to do & followed through at the end showing us what to expect when the panels are inspected and connected to our electric grid. The worst thing that could happen to me is to accept this company, it is the worst thing there is, they just lie, the most incompetent in the world, they don't seek your benefit at all, they just seek to make money with you, they are a real scam.

Installation crew was fast, friendly and kept the site at my home clean. Also, I was kept informed of what was being done and why. So far, we have been very satisfied.

I really enjoyed my experience with titan solar. Chris Mikus was very professional and answered all my questions promptly.

Was installed February 12th, it is now April 30th and still not turned on. Will be getting charged by loan company May 17th. First inspection failed. Took Titan weeks to even put in the revised permit and still waiting for final inspection. I have panels on my roof that don t even work yet, have birds that have made nest all over and am constantly cleaning tree branches. This has been a total headache with them and nothing but a run around. I have no credits built up so I ll be paying solar and my normal electric bill that is obviously going to get higher with the heat here. Also purchased a curbside system that has yet to be installed. So not only will I be paying for something that does not work, I ll also be paying for something that hasn t been installed as well. On top of all this, on the day of install they were installing on the wrong side of the house. Do yourself a favor and go with another install company.

The team showed up on time and finished my install right on schedule. Every member of the install team was pleasant and helpful when I would ask how the install was going. I would first like to express my thankfulness for Titan solar power coming in and doing the work. The gentleman not working here on the solar panels work very efficiently and without hesitation. In this heat of Arizona they work diligently to get the job done and completed the work by the days end. They were all very friendly and cordial and took the time to answer any question that I might have I really appreciate them stopping and giving me answers to questions. He also took the time to make sure that the house look better from the work that they were doing, than it did before they got there. They cleaned and painted where they could to match the rest of the house it appears as if it never was worked on.

The only thing I wasn t happy about was having to have the meter on the front of my house, however, that had nothing to do with the installers. It was/is an APS thing.
All the installers were friendly and professional. They walked me through how it all works and cleaned up after them selves. It took two half days to finish the job. No issue with it at all.

I've worked with the pros at Titan on hundreds of solar projects. The team there is a pleasure to work with. Crissy is the best! Eleanor and her team make my job so much easier and Shiann is always on top of her game. James Wadsworth is our go-to guy for all things technical and we appreciate him more than we can say.

The crew arrived 15 minutes earlier than was originally proposed. They were courteous and fast! The install was completed before 2PM. I am very impressed with TITAN and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about doing a Solar Project install.

Polite, worked hard. Electrical work looks good. Panels look good but a few plates under the supports have come up. Not sure if it makes a difference on possible leakage. Will contact Sun Run rep and ask. Overall he explained the system, how to turn it on and labeled all new breakers.

The whole process can be a little daunting. There are a lot of hoops and moving parts. I was months into the process when I finally got far enough in that Titan contacted me to start scheduling. Chrissy was absolutely wonderful. She was able to give me an overview of the process how it works and what to expect. This made things so much better! From that point forward it was exactly as she said. The crew was professional and fast ( I apologize I did not get their names) but they did a great job!! APS is definitely the fly in the ointment but Titan makes the process far easier!

Very good! Francisco explained everything about the installation, and the next steps. Very knowledgeable and very respectful. They did a great job, no complaints. Also they came earlier that supposed to come. Great recommendation for future costumers.

Juan and his crew did an awesome job on our solar installation. They were timely, efficient and very careful installing the panels, only few tiles needed replacement. Titan Solar was a breeze to deal with. We worked with CR Power, a division of Titan Solar to design and install our system.

Scheduling was easy with Titan Solar and CR Power was very communicative throughout the process. They were quick to answer any questions when I had any.

The actual install was quick and painless with Titan Solar. The Lead installer on our project was very informative and explained how things would work once they finished the install.

No issues as of now and our system has been running/producing for the past week or so.

I was very impressed with the work that the Titan crew performed at my house. They installed the 24 panels and inverter in a matter of only about 6 hours and did a fantastic job. I took the day off of work so I could see what they were doing and I watched the whole process from beginning to end. I never saw anything that made me question if they knew what they were doing. They were very professional and answered all of my questions as process moved along. They made sure the whole system was functioning properly before they left and the whole thing was a very pleasant experience.

Through the entire process with the Sunrun team, I didn't do a single thing. They took care of everything and were extremely good at communicating through every single step. I would highly recommend!

Guys got the job done in 118 degree weather today and were very understanding with my children and pets.

Clean and professional, installers told me that a vent cover on my roof was missing, which was nice to know.

Electrician was very polite very kind was able to explain everything installers on the roof the three guys very good at what they do just when they're at customer site need to watch your language a little better otherwise it was all good workers thank you God bless

Had panels installed today by Titan Solar Power Team 2. They were scheduled to arrive between 6-9a and they arrived at 550a. They were very professional and patient especially when answering all of my Dad's questions who happened to be visiting on day of install. Great service!

We just had our panels installed this week (haven't had the inspection yet so they're still not up and running). I'm really impressed with the team of guys. They were all very nice and professional. They accidentally let our dog out of the backyard while we were gone (he's kind of a jerk about running away so I don't blame them at all) and they chased him around and got him back home (which is not easy at all!!)! We had an AC guy let him out once and he did not even help us catch him. Also a power line to our workshop got cut digging a trench (because we didn't know where the line was located, so not really their fault) and they had hooked up my freezer to an extension cord without me even mentioning it was in there. And of course they fixed the power line. Oh and one guy let us borrow a lighter for a birthday candle, so sweet. So yeah we had a few hiccups but the mark of a good company is how the handle those things and they definitely got an A+ for going above and beyond to take care of things and being very respectful and polite the entire time.

Crew 19 was so AMAZING!!! They kept us informed and were extremely hard working. They made sure to clean up whatever mess they made. They were very respectful as far taking care of any issues. I would like for that crew to come back in the future for any repairs that may need to be done!!! The ENTIRE crew was pleasurable and very nice and helpful!! They stayed until the job was completely finished. Would HIGHLY recommend Titan Solar Power to anyone and everyone. Hopefully you'll get the best crew. Crew 19!!!

I would gave a five star but there are a couple of things are bothering me. One I have no actual paperwork that shows me what my monthly payment is at the final instillation. I was first told in the neighborhood of $148 a month then it jumped to around $158. Still no paperwork showing what I am paying per month. I was also told I would receive around $350.00 as a sorta rebate but again as of this writing no money back has been given to me. Third thing actually shows that you are likely a company that leaves open ends at the conclusion of the project when finished. I have about a 5-8 foot ditch which it is about 4-6 ft deep and I had to call my salesman to get someone to come back and fill it in. I was told by the crew chief that when the final inspection is done they would be back to fill in the ditch but know I had to call to hopefully get it done on the 1st of Nov. We will see if that happens. I have yet gotten a bill with my solar active from APS to if it was worth it or not is still up in the air.

They came to install the solar panel system when they said they would they got it done in a timely manner. After everything was installed they showed me all the power box on the side of the house how it works pretty much everything I needed to know. I asked them a few questions and responded honestly . They did great work I totally recommend them 10 out of 10 any day thank you Justin and team.

The professionals of team 16 (Anthony, Daniel, Mike, and Alex) completed the installation of a solar system at our home on 5/24/18. They have done a wonderful job, were efficient, thorough, and concise with their work, and seemed to enjoy working with one another.
