Two minutes late and there are still other customers inside the store shopping but they refused to open the door. Not even talking to us. I know I m late, but can you guys at least talk to us even you don t want to be nice. We waited till some customers coming out and the staff just closed the door in front of without saying a single word. I would give a zero star if I could and I will not buy anything from you guys ever.

Colleen was a joy to work with. My husband and I get compliments on our shoes constantly. If you are traveling to Boston make this a part of your travel plans. You won t regret it! Now we can take our little Zelda everywhere s go:)

Awesome! You get all the help you need. You can even customize converse and they will send them to you, or you can build your converse from the sole up! They send them to a factory to have them fixed up. I got a customized pair they are awesome.
Check out the Lovejoy Converse store downtown. Amazing staff very patient and dedicated to helping their customers.
Not too much choice, basic products. but great possibility of customization and affordable prices compared to Italy. And then being able to say that you bought at zero kilometer :-)
Love the location a mother hidden jewel. You can get custom printed converse..only at this location. Awesome cafe across from it as well so 2 for one deal...new kicks and a latte. Cheers
The store isn't a big one, I was expecting more.. But they have a spot for you choose your sneaker style, so it's quite of cool seeing they creating the designs.
Shop located on the ground floor of the building that houses the headquarters of Converse, here you can get made to measure shoes as you do with a dress in tailoring. Obviously it is also possible to buy the normal production models.
Was able to create my own chucks. Friendly staff and so many options to choose from!
This was a fun side journey while touring Boston. They let you customize new shoes you buy and some other items. Pretty neat especially for a made in America brand.

Ty and jen were so helpful tonight. So sweet they really care about the people that come in. The rest of the staff kind of just stood around and gave death glares and offered no help.if it were not for the two of them we would not have purchased our two new awesome custom shoes.

Awesome store with great staff, Kenny was outstanding! My friend and I walked in to get new low tops and we were blown away by the custom shoes you can make. Kenny walked us through the process and we each ended up getting a custom pair of high tops instead. Super cool spot.

TIP - there's a great coffee shop and brewery here that you can visit after picking up your new kicks. It was super cool to visit this store and see the corporate offices! I picked up a pair of shoes (how can you not!).

It's a good little shoe shop. I would have customized some shoes if it wasn't so expensive and taken longer than we were in Boston.
I purchased a pair of shoes for my little one. The salesman was very patient because I didn't know the proper size or color to get. I called my wife and after 20 minutes on the phone with her asking what colors do they have . He set their with a smile and said take your time. Thank you very much. Sorry I didn't get the salesman name but on the receipt his associates # is 313312. It's great to have customers service like that.
Superb industrial building modernized and enhanced by two contemporary floors. The store allows customizations. Allow several days for printing on fabric. The personalization of eyelets, laces and studs is done right away.
With the assistance of the staff, you can make your own custom Chucks from any of the templates. This includes different fabric materials, soles, and eyelets. You can also have predefined graphics printed in differing color options or bring in your own graphics. It helps to have a basic idea about what you want coming into the store.

Converse Chuck Taylor All stars are an icon. Many color options to choose from, but I like the classic white ones. For me, they have to be the canvas high tops. These things have been around for several generations and our still cool today. If you're into trendy, you can come here and design and make your own... They are a little pricey, but I love em anyway. Also, they are unisex, so no worries there.
Very helpful employees. Great atmosphere. They were very chill about helping a indecisive teenager find what he was looking for. If you're looking to make shoes and want to save a trip it's just as easy to do this online.
If you like Converse this is the place to go they have everything and if they don't they will order it.
Location on google map should be corrected, since the employees entrance are making it more confusing to enter. Staff was very friendly and attentive, if they told me about the custom shop I d gave em a 5 star.
Great shoe store if you're a Converse fan. You can create custom shoes with all sorts of cool details, or buy shoes off the shelf. Some were styles that you could find anywhere, but several were ones that we couldn't easily find elsewhere. Our salesperson was super nice, too!

This store is dope! Here you can customize your own converse, which was way cool! They also have Boston Exclusive shoes with the freedom trail red line on the bottom of the shoes! It is awesome and the staff was very friendly!
