We just had our panels installed this week (haven't had the inspection yet so they're still not up and running). I'm really impressed with the team of guys. They were all very nice and professional. They accidentally let our dog out of the backyard while we were gone (he's kind of a jerk about running away so I don't blame them at all) and they chased him around and got him back home (which is not easy at all!!)! We had an AC guy let him out once and he did not even help us catch him. Also a power line to our workshop got cut digging a trench (because we didn't know where the line was located, so not really their fault) and they had hooked up my freezer to an extension cord without me even mentioning it was in there. And of course they fixed the power line. Oh and one guy let us borrow a lighter for a birthday candle, so sweet. So yeah we had a few hiccups but the mark of a good company is how the handle those things and they definitely got an A+ for going above and beyond to take care of things and being very respectful and polite the entire time.
