I highly recommend this location of Discount Tire!! The staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. The tires /rims and warranty's offered are great as well. THANKS AGAIN to the guys at this Discount Tire!! You are the BEST!!
I've been coming to this location since about 2005 when my Grandma said she didn't take her Lincoln anywhere else. I haven't been disappointed since. And yesterday was no exception.

Setup an appointment and they got me in and out within an hour.

They said that my vehicle would be ready at 9:15am,... and I was driving out at 9:15am.
--- Professional service always.

Matthew was helpful, professional, and kind. Employees like him are why I get all my tires from Discount Tire.

Came in without a appointment when it was fairly busy and told them I needed to get my flat tire changed, but that the lugnuts wouldn t come off. Bruce (I think that was his name?) went to examine my car and let me know that one of my other tires had almost no tread and he recommended that be changed as well. I asked for the lowest price available and they were able to change both tires for under $180, which I thought was a steal compared to what other places would ve been. They told me it d be about 2 hours, but got my car back within an hour. The customer service was great, it was quick, and the price is good. I ll definitely be going back anytime I need anything tire related

I can't give a negative comment but I think that's what the work is for. Please do not give free puncture service if you not gonna do it right charge us for service. I stopped at Belle Tire and saw this and this should have been patched properly as it's in a repairable area. I have seen ton of videos of YouTube about oil change and tire scams to customers but I am victim of one of it.
Luckily I ordered a new tire but couldn't make it for appointment. I'm glad I didn't. New customers please ask what is the issue you might get fooled like they did to me.

I used to love Discount Tire. I use them exclusively for the first fifteen years of my adult life. I've used branches in Michigan, Texas, Kansas, and Indiana. I have used this location multiple times and used to be very satisfied. Over the years it has gone WAY down hill. If you call, you'll be on hold for 15 minutes. If you go in, you'll wait in line 20 minutes. This most recent visit, I experienced both in order to drop my car off for a flat repair. After finally dropping it off, they called to say the tire could not be repaired and I'd need to buy a new one. I was tired of them, so I took it to Stewart Tire and Auto down the road to buy a new tire from them instead. They called to tell me they were able to repair it and should be good for another year or two.

I think that was my last visit to Discount Tire. I'd give them one star, but the guys in there have always been and still are friendly. But I'm with Stewart now.

We had two vehicles!! Got in at 8 done and home by 9! 4 tires put on new 1 tire fixed!!!! Great crew!

This location let me down after years of good experiences at other Discount Tire stores.

I've had two experiences with this store, one that went well until I got home, and another that made me take my business elsewhere.

1) I needed a replacement rim and tire for my car, and discount tire was able to get one in just a couple days. With the new one installed, they also offered a free tire rotation. I went ahead and waited for over an hour for them to rotate the tires (but they were busy, so I brushed it off). Once I got home, I noticed they got aggressive with an impact socket, and ruined the finish around one of the lugs of my wheels (see attached picture). I take great care of all of my cars, and this was sickening to see, because these wheels are $350 each.

2) This past week, I went in to get new tires on new aftermarket wheels. I showed up on time for my appointment, but it took 45 minutes for them to even pull my car in, and when they did, they discovered they didn't actually have my tires there. I had ordered specific tires after researching, and they had no equivalents in stock. I was told they would call around to other stores and call me back by Monday, since my original appt was on Friday. I agreed, rescheduled for the next Wednesday (having to take off early from work) and just went home.

On Monday, I followed up. The staff had no idea what I was talking about, had no record of my tires or needing to call around to ask, and their response when I asked about the tires being in by my NEW appt time, they said "well, we don't know if they'll be in. You can just call us, or reschedule if we don't have them." This was all AFTER I had been charged for my tires.

I got a refund and took my business elsewhere.

I've had good experiences with most discount tire stores, but this one is an exception. I recommend going up to the Lafayette Rd store if you are sticking with Discount Tire for your needs. I went for a local shop instead, who got me the same pricing, no waits, and much better service.

I got there shortly after the doors opened and was out on1 1/2 hrs.

This is the only place you should get tires on the south side. Great staff, fair prices, and great service.

I got my tire change in this discount tire store. They did a really good job on hosting customs. However, on the way back home, my car does not perform as smooth as it used to be, obvious vibration at 80mph~ish.

Long time customer . Dozens of sets of tires for company vehicle and personal. Went in for standard rotation and balance today and after 2.5 hours I was on my way. Went to vehicle to find a broken center cap for my wheel. Chalked it up to temperature and age. So as soon as I get time my tire light comes on, seems after all the training and suggestions about proper tire pressures their techs paid no attention. My 3/4 ton work truck was passed on to me with 40lb of pressure in A 80PSI TIRE!!!! today was ice and snow , discount tire is very lucky I didn't have an accident over this error.
From now on I will be shopping around after this neglect and lack of knowledge from their staff.

I prefer the discount tire on East Washington St. Everytime I go to this location for tire rotation/balance, they don't even inspect/fill the air in my tires unless I specifically say it in person. I chose those services when I made the appointment online. My TPMS is never reset either. During this particular appt, I arrived on time but stood in line for 8mins. My car was then pulled back 30mins after my appointment, and finished in 20mins. I feel they rushed because they were behind, even though they made sure to make time to sell me new lug nuts.

Wow, these guys are A-1! Incredibly fast and friendly service, plus a website that actually shows what they have in stock. That last part doesn't sound like much, but it sure came in handy when I needed tires first thing in the morning and didn't have time to call all around to find out who has 14" tires in stock.

Definitely coming back with the rest of our cars.

I'm an IU Bloomington student and on my way home found my car with a flat tire. I pumped it up and got home to find out that the rim was bent. I was hoping to get it fixed over the weekend so I could drive back to school. Other places I looked at sent the rim out to be fixed and wouldn't have it back until Monday. Discount tire got me in and out in 30 minutes. Their staff was professional and courteous, and their service was quick and very reasonable. I would highly recommend this Discount Tire location.

I recently bought some winter tires for my car at this store and had some issues with excessive tire noise. After contacting the store manager. the issue was fixed as promised in a very timely manner. The staff were very understanding and took care of me. I have been coming to this exact store for many years as I have always had a good experience with the service and products they sell. I highly recommend this store.

AMAZING customer service! I was moving my son home from Bloomington and after an extremely bad experience at another car repair shop that left us stranded with no way to fix his tire to get it home to Valparaiso. I called the Plainfield store and was ever so kindly directed to the Greenwood store because it was closer and it was 4:00 and they closed at 5:00 and we were an hour away. Kyle and the staff at Discount Tire in Greenwood were the most generous and helpful at getting our tire fixed and getting us back home again. They went above and beyond to help us in our desperate time of need and I am forever grateful and would recommend Discount Tire everyday, all day to EVERYONE! They really care about their customers.

Evan is the stand out here. I had ordered a set of four general tires for winter on a Saturday that were shown at another store. The attendant on duty even spoke to someone on the phone. A week later, still no phone call, I called back and spoke to someone who informed me that those tires were NOT available. So there I was, already having paid for the tires with NO tires on New Year's Eve. When I called back, I spoke w Evan. Evan understood my frustration, apologized for the mix up even though it wasn't his problem. He took responsibility to ensure that he stayed in contact on finding a comparable set of winter tires. Three weeks later a new set of tires did arrive and Evan made sure that it was an efficient visit and set expectations properly. I left happy and grateful that someone assisted me, made things right and ensured that I stayed a loyal customer to discount tire. Thanks Evan. Sorry for the lengthy post reviewers. Two other quick things
1. This store is EXTREMELY busy so try and get there first thing in the morning.
2. Also might be a good idea to set an appointment. There Is a skyline chili next to it if you want something to eat but that is about it

Brian Z here did right by me. Had a destroyed tire due to pothole & he gave me a great deal on 2 front tires. Was in & out relatively quickly.

Discount Tire is my tire spot. They must train the crew to be overly nice all the time. Been getting my tires here for years. They haven't given me a reason to go elsewhere.

Friendly staff that make helpful suggestions, but are not pushy and will do what you ask.

Good bunch of guys. Hate that if you have an appointment you still have to wait in the long line.

Have been here twice needing new tires. Very good about understanding a not so great financial situation, and was very communicative about what options were available.

Longest wait time ever. 3 & 1/2 hours to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Could have done without hearing Marty's horrible karaoke while he changed the tires out.

Went in to order a new steel rim for my snow tires. They had the best price in town.

The slowest service imaginable. They wouldn't allow me to set an appointment either. Look somewhere else.

Had to purchase 4 new tires after a sidewall blowout in Indy on I-70. They got us in and out in about 35 minutes.
There was a line out the door at opening.

Called twice today, rang both times for five minutes, nobody bothered to answer. I guess I will take our business for both vehicles elsewhere. Learn to answer your phones.

Fast and efficient. There was a huge line of people waiting as soon as they opened the doors. They didn't get flustered and there was hot coffee while I waited. Can't beat their tire replacement warranties. Especially during pothole season.

Had an appointment for my car. Brought it in with a low tire and told them someone was wrong with it.
They denied it and said my tire was fine. I ended up having 3 nails in my tire and all my gages were off on the wrong tires... fast forward, had the tire plugged by the same company then one of the plugs didn t work. Then I was forced to purchase new tire because they wouldn t fix what they messed up. What a great image for a company.. not.

Always great service. I've been coming here for years and never been disappointed. I've lived as far as Zionsville and still come to this specific location every time. They've been fast and honest for all of my visits.

Been trying to call for 10 minutes....no answer yet, btw did you know you can order and make appointments online? Except I want them to go put a physical hand on the one tire I need to replace my Indiana State flower damaged tire, so I don't waste my tow.

I needed a new set of tires, and my co-worker kept speaking highly of Discount Tire. I normally go to Big O, but there aren't any close to me so I went to this Discount Tire and the customer service was great! I can see why my friend likes them. I got a good set of tires for a great price. And they are pretty quick too! I'd definitely recommend them.

Fast and friendly service. Had a flat tire and needed it fixed fast..they had me taken care of and out the door in 25 minutes

Great service here. First time shopping with Discount Tire, but will return. Busy shop and nice and clean. Someone offered bottled water to the folks waiting which was nice. Ordered the tires with Jon and when they came in today, Jory worked up the invoice for the install. Definitely the right people to be out front and working the counter. During the short wait for my tires to be installed(I didn't make an appointment), I watched Jory work some conflict resolution with a confused and less informed customer, and that was more evidence of the shop placing the right people in public. Customer service is big with me. I didn't ask for it, but received a military discount after a conversation on my very out of state plates brought up that I'm here because of the Army. There aren't too many active duty folks in Indiana, so I thought that was a nice touch and will spread the word. Anyhow, bottom line is a good experience at this shop. If I need tires again while I'm here, I will come again.

Sometimes you have to wait in line for quite a while, but that's because everyone knows that it's the best tire shop in town. Always great service.

I always receive fantastic service here, the wait times can get long so I highly advise making an appointment, I love the offered insurance on new tires it has saved my behind many times with puncture repair and tire replacement it also comes with balancing and tire rotation.

All in all Discount Tires are where I go for all my tire needs and I have yet to be let down.

They patched my tire up completely free!! Quick too all things considered

Had an appointment and my car was in the shop 5 minutes prior to appt time and finished in less than 50 minutes later. Great job for a 4 tire sale. Great experience. Highly recommend.

This place i walked in and it was pretty full but the customer service was very efficient and fast they asked me what i wanted they came out to check my car and got the tires i needed and all that was in less time than what they said it would take so i am pretty happy about that and very confident now when i drive my car back and forth to work

Great service! They found me used tires with 99% tread and threw in a 60,000 mile warranty on used tires. Almost 2 years later I had a flat and they replaced it with a brand new tire absolutely free!

These guys are awesome! They fit me into their busy schedule. Everyone on the crew seems nice and professional. I cant say that about a lot of places. I will definitely make them my one stop tire shop!
