I cant say enough about this place. I'm not sure how many times they helped me for free. Even patch a tire for free. They care about they're customers. Friendly staff that seem to be your guides through the entire tire buying process. They find you when it's your turn and let you know how long the job will take. I've bought many four tire sets from them at best price for better tire. GO TRUMP.

I visited the Discount Tire store close to Greenwood Indiana and they were very courteous and helpful. They were able to order a tire for me quickly and have it on my car before I left for vacation. I will definitely return to this store location and will recommend it to others.

I always bring my vehicle to discount. They are quick and efficient. With an appointment the wait isnt long either.

It was SUPER busy when I showed up, but the sales guys were friendly, didn't rush any customer, and were not at all pushy. Robert helped me with my tire repair and rotation/balance. He was patient and thorough in the assessment and suggestions for my scenario. The team changing tires were pushing for quickness and seemed like a hard group of workers. Overall I was really happy with my visit. It took some time, but that's just because they were busy and this is a pot holes city . The next time I need to purchase tires I'll likely come here.

Pro tip: schedule an appointment online to skip the line. I didn't know that was a thing till I waited in line for a good 20 mins.

Just moved to the area, I had never been there before and needed two leaky tires fixed. They were super nice, I waited under 2 hours, and they fixed them both for FREE! I am extremely pleased and have definitely found my local tire shop.

Excellent customer service. You are greeted by someone as soon as you walk in the door. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The service was so FAST! I could see all the technicians working behind the glass. Those men are some of the hardest working people I've ever seen. I hope they get paid well!!! They all deserve raises in my opinion. My vehicle was in and out of there in less than 90 minutes and I didn't even have tires picked out before coming in.

Is this business ran by high school boys? I never saw one adult in the 45 minutes I stood in line, and there were only two people in front of me. Never again will I come here for my tire needs.

Discount Tire has finally worked their way out of the stone age's and added Wi-Fi to their location which is a big plus. Especially if they're running behind which is pretty much normal for any of these tire places at least at that point you can get some work done yes. Sure would like to see more customer service guys working at a Lobby and better times promised.

Called to see if they would call my warranty company because I have full coverage on all my tires. They said they would but when I came in they said they don't call. Been a customer for years never coming back for wasting my time.

I travel for work. And have bought all my tires from discount for the last 3 vehicles ive owned. I purchased this set from Evansville. I came into Indy today and noticed on my trip. I had a tire out of balance. Called earlier today to make a appointment and was told they don't accept appointments. First come first serve. So after work came in and was told it was a 3 hr wait time. Not wanting to drive 200 miles back home Friday with a tire out of balance I said fine ill wait. They close at 6. I arrived at 4:30 waited a couple hours and they pulled my car up. Driving back to my hotel I realize the vibration is still there. And I pull off to check the wheels and weights out. THE WHEELS WHERE NEVER ROTATED! AND THEY STILL HAVE THE OLD WEIGHTS IN THEM! Hopefully it was just a bad day for them and I was the one that they felt like pushing out the door at 6:30 to get out of there with a hope that I don't return or say anything So thanks to this location ive had my first bad experience at discount. And will probably have to just wait till I get back home to get the job done right.

After the dealership I purchased my tire, lied to me saying it wasn't covered under warranty, I called Kumho tire to ask about this. To my dismay I discover the dealership never submitted a warranty claim. After visiting Dicount Tire and dealing with Rayn I was told my new tire would be here within 24 hours and it was covered under manufacturer warranty. Way to make an awful experience into a pleasant one!

Buy a set of Tires and they really take care of you for the life of the tires. Excellent Service!

I like my new tires, but don't have a problem with them on Sunday there not open. I paid a extra $10 per tire for extra coverage. What the hell am i supposed to do. This is BS!

This is not about their tires or their prices but the way they do business. They offer appointments but don't bother because it doesn't matter. This is our second time buying tires here and the second time it didn't matter that we made an appointment and ordered our tires and when we got to the store the line was out the door with no one but us with an appointment. I called the store while standing in line and was on hold for 10 minutes and when they answered I was told that it didn't matter. I asked about the fact we made an appointment and he said that it didn't matter and then he did hang up and come into the store to take our info. So again this review is to warn that appointments don't matter.

Rotate and balance looks like the tires were rotated and balanced. They forgot to lock the keys in the truck when I came to pick it up. Had to go back the next day to get my keys. Not a big deal as I had a spare, just a minor inconvenience.

Over the last 15 years ive always got my tires and rims from here. Today i went in because they put a plug in my tire that worked its way out. They said since they plugged it and it failed and put a small tear in it they replaced it free of charge with the same brand tire.

Fixes flats for free on any vehicle if you've ever been a customer

Excellent customer service. Another tire store (tirebarn) screwed me over and they charged me half of what I should of had to pay just to help me out. It made me a customer going forward.

One of the better tire places out there. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the other tire places. And if you get a nail or hole in your tire they will repair it for free. Which is pretty awesome there's not much for free anymore these days

I have done business with this business for the last 10+ years buying tires and rims for my last 7 cars. I went in last week and Ordered rims. the Employee (Cody) informed me the cost of the rims where $100.00 cheaper as they were an open box. I was shocked to find out when I picked it up no discount was given. I spoke with the manager twice and Cody again who said they would take core of me next time. there will not be a next time I promise you that. make sure you get their quote in writing the staff and new MANAGER CAN NOT BE TRUSTED !!!

They do a great job! Although their prices have increased over the years, which is understandable, I've been going to Discount Tire (back home it's America's Tire) since I was 16. I LOVE how regardless of store, they train their workers in customer service so well!

The staff here is always friendly and quick. However, today, they shook each man's hand that came to the counter, but not mine. I am a woman. I guess they didn't feel that "bro" connection with me. With everyone else, they made small talk, but with me, it was just all business... And I've been a customer here for years!!
Further, the last time I came here, they parked my car in a handicapped spot when they were done with it, and told me that was ok to do because they were so busy and out of other parking spots. Really?! I'm pretty sure that's NOT ok. Would they have also paid my ticket?? What if someone that actually needed that spot showed up?! This is not ok, "bros".
Treat women like any other customers, and don't break the law. Thanks.

*** update.... The gentleman that discussed my issue with me and brought me my car was super polite and personable. He looked me in the eyes and listened to me. Perhaps the guy that checked me in was an isolated incident. I added one more star to my review.

I called ahead and asked for specific tires, made an appointment after they would be in, and they were very quick about getting the tires on during my appointment time. Couldn't have gone much smoother!

This tire shop is excellent! On the way home from Indiana to Ohio, our car got a flat tire. We stopped by the shop and was told that they might not be able to get us in. While we were sitting outside the manager, Kyle, came out and told us that he would get us in immediately and repair the tire so that we could get home. He repaired the rim and put a new tire on quickly for us so we could get home. Their customer service is unbeatable in my eyes!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I came in here after I hit a pot hole and bent my rim after a mechanic told me there was nothing they could do for me. So I went in expecting to have to buy a new rim, which they told me wouldn't be that expensive, and that they would look at my current rim. So they told me it would be a 2 hour wait, I only had to wait an hour, and they told me they managed to fix my rim and there would be no charge. I will be getting all of my tires here from now on.
