Credible Behavioral Health Software Review

We lost great employees almost every three months. There is no job security in this company. There is no career growth and you are better off looking for work elsewhere.

The work hours are always long, and you are expected to tolerate that with a smile. You also need to work more hours tha you planned. The management offers little to no help, so you are basically on your own here. I couldn't tolerate this workplace for long.

When you are a new customer, they accommodate you fast and quick. But if you are already a long time one, and not one of their big clients, it would take days or weeks to come by your place for software maintenance.

Slow and Full of Problems

Their software products are slow and full of problems. They waste more time than they save. I have personally experienced it!

Management is too conservative when it comes to ideas. They won't accept suggestions that they doom too different from their original principles or practices. This means that employees won't have any opportunity to use their imagination and critical thinking. All you have to do while working here is agree to everything that management says.

This is a very honest review about this company. This is a very dishonest company. There are so many bugs and the software keeps crashing. They keep adding more functions but can t fix the existing ones that are broken. They make promises they can t keep. They keep losing very smart IT employees and over worked them. The company has merged with another company so let s see how this goes. Glad the former CEO and the VP were let go. This company needs an overhaul in management. Bad decisions of management caused high turnovers and too much overloaded work for the employees. Clients are waiting things to get fixed for a specific function of the software and they either don t get a response or wait for 6 months to maybe a year until it gets fixed. Sometimes they don t get fixed and waiting for the clients to just forget about the problem until they bring it up. Overall, a very bad company that has been poorly mismanaged. The Indeed.com reviews are honest and raw as it can get unlike Glassdoor where they pay them to take out real negative reviews of the company. Another bad part is they micro manage their employees and also post fake positive reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed. Indeed is very good at keeping the honest negative reviews on there. They over worked their employees and I m very glad that clients are on here posting real reviews of the software. It s outdated and mismanaged. Hopefully, the merge will better the company as the CEO and VP are the drama couples that literally destroyed the reputation of the company. Employees could not voice their honest concern to fix things and they won t listen but to have this ego that they are mighty and can fire at will and not improve the software for the better.

I have used five EHR systems as a psychiatrist. Credible is the 4th worst in terms of user-friendliness out of 5 (the only one worse was called Mindlinc) in my opinion.

My score of 2 out of 5 stars is like a grade of 40 out of 100 a badly failing grade.

Physicians' and clinicians' suggestions for specific changes (that would save us time/work/frustration), even when repeated for months (in one case, years), nearly always led to no change and usually no explanation. This is light-years from "stellar" customer support which Credible claimed. The lack of responsiveness led me to stop requesting changes. NOTE: I want credible to become better. So, if things get better significantly, I will update/correct this review.

Examples of being user-unfriendly:

Finding information (e.g., vital signs, diagnoses, medications) requires too many steps and screens. (Why not put what we need on one or two screens? )

There is useless information on the home screen, including information about patients we don't see in our department. (Why not make the home screen our schedule?)

In the schedule, appointments line up haphazardly on the time-grid so that a 1:30 appointment can look like it's at 2. The schedule is cluttered with appointments that are no longer happening.

Nearly every screen requires extra clicks to see key information ; for example on the list of medications you've prescribed, you have to click on a tiny symbol on the far side of the screen to find the pharmacy and refills.

To change the dose of a medication requires several windows to discontinue the current dose (including a window asking why you're stopping the med; but if you type a response, it isn't recorded anywhere I can find). Then to prescribe the new dose, you have to again search & scroll through medication lists which are not alphabetized or ordered by milligram strength. (You can generate a frequently-prescribed medication list -- but the list is too cumbersome and out of order; it doesn't help me.)

Most screens require scrolling. And you can't downsize the screen to fit because that would lose information on the right half of the screen.

With a patient in the room, I find it too difficult to work in Credible and feel really present with the patient. This decreases quality of care and creates more work after the appointment.

In the diagnosis search window, if you type "ADHD", you get zero results. If you type "depression", you get seven results but none for major depression. "major depressive disorder recurrent" gets zero results because you left out a comma. If you perfectly type "major depressive disorder, recurrent episode, moderate" you get zero options but then, if you replace "moderate" with "mo", it works.
To change depression diagnosis from, e.g., 'moderate' to mild' takes about 14 steps.

A search for past psychiatric notes does not pull up the initial psychiatric evaluation. And the results are not consistently in chronological order.

Clicking can requires video-game-like precision (If you don t click in the middle of a tiny box, nothing happens. Why not a big box? Or click anywhere on the sentence we want to select?)

There are disruptive delays between screen changes (which is another reason to minimize screen changes!). Credible has 3-D-type graphics that look like the binding of a spiral notebook but, if that takes time to load, I d rather have the time. Every pause breaks my train of thought.(NOTE - this happens even when other computer programs work at high speed).

Credible is very difficult to navigate on a smart phone. They developed an app but It took a couple hours to originally access it. Then each time I tried to use it, it took about five minutes to load. (You could not do anything on your phone while it loaded.)

I had written more examples but this review had a limited space.

Our company decided to use their services and software, and it did more harm than good to our company. The amount of our expenses increased, including wasted time, unnecessary employment, and more additional expenses with a decline in returns.

The software is good enough, but there are way too many outages. It harms productivity many times in a week.

Our company has lost a lot of money due to lack of support which led to failed implementation of the system. We were not able to access the data we need, and from that, we were not able to make the billings on time.

They were only good in making promises of projecting good results, but don't materialize in actual. Always promises, but no action.

Their sales rep are very aggressive on getting clients, and they are really good at it. However, when real work begins and you see their real work, you'll be disappointed.

Reliability is awful now. We have patients who have left us and our revenues have been affected and they do not have the decency to offer discounts. The system has has latency issues and outages consistently the past few months. UNBELIEVABLY BAD!

Any time this is company does a software update or performs server maintenance the program/service suffers. The are not very accommodating to their customers and, certainly not user friendly.

Don't suggest to collaborate with that company! Not a good experience! They treat you good to get you in but then all the truth will open after a while that doesn't gonna make you happy!
