Asterisks exclusively for the kitchen, the dishes were tasty one minus powder juice. The staff and service are not even at zero but on the level -10 !!!

Its the best hotel in Sharam.. Although you have to be aware that the beach is very small, and there is no access to the beach except by jetty.

Only drawback is the bugs bites obtained on my ankles, they didn t bother me as much but my boyfriend was extremely itchy. May just be the time of year.
The case when the name matches the quality. Let the hotel itself and not new, but everything is very organic, neat and comfortable. Service beyond! The menu will not please gourmets, but the main thing is everything you need. The choice of dishes is sufficient for both children and adults.

I love everything about this place. The view is awesome.. rooms are luxurious and extremly comfy bed. The staff there is always smiling, very cheerful and they all love their work and do it with love and very very helpful.
The beach is very cosy and service there is also great and the sea itself is a masterpeice! The coral reefs their are unbelievable. It surely was a great experience veing there for 3 days and hopefully i will come back again

The rooms were a small villa with a private swimming pool suitable for families or newlyweds.Inside the villa there are bathrooms for the lounge and other for the main room and two spacious dressing rooms and a good place to accommodate the suitcase, of course the room service is wonderful and the food varieties satisfy all tastes. One of the most beautiful things in the hotel is a tram or train from which anyone can go to the beach and the hotel restaurant. Golf service is also available throughout the day and you can go anywhere you want in the hotel, also the business center service is great also the Internet can be used throughout the hotel even at the beach, and so fast that you can download a full movie in your mobile in a very short time . I would recommend anyone who wants to visit Sharm El Sheikh to live in the Four Seasons without hesitation.

the bed is fine and a headache. but the food at the hotel in their restaurant is not good. will give my vacation 2 out of 5 stars .you will come a long way with a little cleaning tip
This place is amazing! You feel in paradise as the views of the hotel take you to a quiet and really great space. Service in here is focused on letting you feel at home, always kind. And I recomend the food! Is always fresh and have really nice gourmet style.

The service is outstanding and staff are very professional and super friendly. I went with my wife and two kids. We all had a great time. My advice is just enjoy the resort and don't go out at all, not even the nearby Soho market. Everything other than the resort is not worth after you live the standard of service and quality of everything within the resort. The sea is Crystal clear and that's just by the beach of the hotel. Few steps across the beach and you're in the middle of the best Coral and underwater life in the world. The dive center within the resort is amazing and quality of service offered to us was superb, the administrator Hannah was great, the scuba dive instructor Reza was very helpful and one of the best I've ever met. The reception desk managed by Albert was very helpful and great support, they changed my room to a better one due to construction noise outside the hotel and offered me a late check-out that helped me a lot as my flight was in the evening. we tried all restaurants within the resort, they had 1 or 2 different entertainments every night in different restaurant, which is an amazing retreat after being at the beach and swimming pool all day. The breakfast buffet was great with many offerings and the Head Chef Dhiab Zaidan was always around to check on us and other guests which made us feel very great, even my kids liked him. The concierge Ahmed Nazmi was very helpful as one of my kids got ear infection due to lots of swimming and diving, we got a doctor arranged to come to our room to check the kids and medication delivered to the room within the same afternoon being a Friday (weekend) not to mention the tour that they arranged and took the responsibility of going to pay for our tour and buy the tickets in advance to assure us getting into the activity straightaway without queueing. There driver Sami that took us around was very professional, polite and helpful. I highly recommend this resort and hats off to the staff there.

The hotel was exquisite and they had every thing that a hotel should have. Breakfast was amazing. The room cleaning and how clean was the hotel is perfect. And I loved the activities. The pool and the sea was amazing and very clean. My only concern is that the game room should have more games and also they should have a more detailed map of the places so you can see where you are at and the place you want to go. But at the end very good experience I suggest you to go.

The Four Seasons has really outdone themselves at Sharm El Sheikh. The grounds of this place are absolutely incredible, and if one isn t careful they may expect this to be the norm in luxury hospitality. It isn t. There has to be a very talented lead horticulturalist here with a small army of maintenance people because the gardens and grounds are so beautiful and impeccably maintained. The beauty of this place along with customer service assisting me retrieve belongings I left behind at the Four Season Cairo Nile Plaza, just made my life that much easier. The room impeccable. The service extremely friendly. All around 5 stars.
